Beautiful property with incredible views, we travelled with children, HAD to use the car to get anywhere on account of the 2.5km windy hill down the mountain to the nearest bar, restaurants.... stunning but a bit out of the way for a young family, also it’s a fair trip from the airport too. Overall really nice and the pool area/cafe run by Paula was really nice and friendly. Great property, great views, could do with a restaurant on site ideally, but it is self catering so....

Beautiful views of Lake Garda
We had a great stay here! After travelling to other areas of Lake Garda we all agreed that we had chosen wisely! (‘We’ being a family of 4). The apartment was spacious and clean, with a kitchen that had all the equipment needed for making our own meals. The balcony had a great view of the lake - despite being described as having ‘partial view’. (We were in room E3). We spent most mornings and early evenings enjoying the peace and the view. The pool area is lovely, again with a fab view of the Lake. It had a small bar that served drinks, ice cream and light lunches. I would recommend these apartments to those wanting a good base to explore Lake Garda, away from the lakeside crowds. One tip however - do not necessarily trust SatNav to get you here! The first couple of times we used ours, we went though some seriously steep and tight roads, not at all pleasant.

Great family holiday in the sun
We stayed as family of 4 at end of July. Kids were 2 & 5. Accommodation layout worked well. Kids in master bedroom (we took own travel cot as it was 10 Euros a day to hire one); us up in comfy double bed on mezzanine. Meant we could have dinner & move around the apartment easily in the evenings after kids were in bed. Only downside was only AC unit is in master bedroom. So it did get v hot on mezzanine. Pools were great. Shallow kids pool & larger one. Inflatables were permitted so extra fun there. Beautiful lake views from your lounger. Only negative of our stay was that the steps access up to the nearest pizzeria (Nablus. Go there! Best pizza we’ve ever had) is now closed so we had to drive there. Not safe to walk on steep winding roads without pavements. Only 5 min drive but meant only one of us could have a drink with dinner. Other restaurants & supermarkets are also a drive away so stock up on groceries before you arrive. We self catered a bit but ate out a lot too. We went to Gardaland, Verona & took a boat across to Garda. Wonderful family holiday. Would highly recommend.

Overall the staff were very friendly and approachable, the property is we kept, rosemary bushes for hedging and lavender for border plants. The pool area is also well laid out and easily accessible, again the staff were very friendly. I was a little underwhelmed with the apartment, clean and tidy but maybe a little tired, fridge bottom tray was broken, there was a decorative corner missing of the shower tray just small things that you wouldn't have at home. There was also no dishwasher in the kitchen, which surprised me as advertised as a fully equipped kitchen.

Beautiful Setting
Spent 7 days here, from 28/06/17 to 06/7. The appartments are really nice, clean and there's a table and chairs out side. The swimming pool overlooks stunning views of Lake Garde. Bad points were that it's up a steep hill/mountain, the road is very narrow near the top, only a car width,and if one car is going up as another is coming down, it's scary. The appartments seemed very popular with German families and that was the only language I heard. If you don't have mobility problems, these appartments are great with stunning panoramic views of Lake Garde.

Great hotel, clean and in a beautiful setting
Really happy, the hotel was clean, gardens and pool were beautiful. The view of the lake from our windows/ balcony were simply stunning. As this is part way up a mountain road a car really is a must here.

Good residences in hills overlooking lake garda
Very pleasant residences. Situated in hills just above lake garda. Great views over lake. Good value for money. Swimming pool not large but was fine. Mostly german visitors with smattering of english and dutch. Mostly families with small children, all very nice. Air conditioning is only in bedroom. That means main room and particularly upstairs room is excessively hot. It says satellite tv but there are only a few italian language channels available. Also "games room" is a small room with some plastic mostly broken toddler toys - don't expect a ps4. Rooms nice and clean and they changed towels and cleaned regularly. Staff friendly and bar by pool lovely for drinks and lunch. Is a pain to try to find initially as sat navs dont help but easy once you've found your way around. Overall good value and pleasant especially compared with very pricey villas around but next time would try to find something with air conditioning throughout.

lovely views but too far from amenities
lovely views over lake but much too far away from restaurants etc. We had a rental car but we like to have a meal and wine in the evenings - as the road leading up to the hotel was narrow and for the most part unlit, it was too dangerous to walk up and down at night. There were no taxis in the resort either - except one outside the Grand Hotel which we managed to avail of only once during a 9 day stay. There was no restaurant or snack bar attached to Borgo and the bar closed at 8pm! A pity as the place itself was nice as were the staff - they even presented us with some prosecco on my husband's birthday-presumably spotted his DOB on the passport.

Fantastisk udsigt og beliggenhed. Helt stille i modsætning til de fine hoteller nede ved kysten. Svært at finde pga. forvirrende skiltning. Hæderligt køkken.

Paradis ved Gardasøen
Fantastisk hotel med skøn beliggenhed. Eneste minus er GPS'ens vej op til hotellet....den var rædselsvækkende. Det findes en nem og dejlig ved op til hotellet. Hotelpersonalet var søde og imødekommende.

Residence accogliente e curato con posizione panoramica d'eccezione. Interni luminosi e spaziosi, curati e pulizia ottimale. Piscina esterna confortevole con piccolo bar annesso. Utilissimo garage interrato opportunamente servito da ascensori . Delizioso balcone vista lago e verdeggiante contesto.

Tutto sommato bene, chiarita l'incompresione sulla richiesta di 40 € per pulizia residence alla partenza, che peraltro abbiamo ripassato noi, lasciando pulitissimo, alla fine, sembra, non addebitati. Mancavano presine per le pentole , sapone da piatti e spugnetta per i piatti, fornite dopo richiesta. Sarebbe gradevole trovarle già lì. Torneremo

Sistemazione comfortevole e vista fantastica
un weekend programmato e prenotato all'improvviso. Ottima sistemazione, andrebbero solo aggiornate le mappe dei navigatori che ti portano fuori strada! C'e' voluto un po' per trovarlo.

시즌이 끝나서 투숙객이 없어 다소 썰렁하다는 느낌은 받았지만, 그 덕에 호수가 보이는 방으로 바꿔주는 기회를 잡았음. 시설도 깨끗하고 직원의 친절도가 너무 좋아서 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳! 아쉽게도 안개와 구름이 덮여서 풍광을 제대로 감상을 못 했지만 날씨 좋을 때의 lake view의 객실은 너무나도 좋아 보일것 같음. 다만, 찾아가는 길이 네비와 맞지 않아 어려움이 있었음.

Traumhafte Lage für Ruhesuchende
Wir haben dieses Hotel bereits zum zweiten Mal besucht. Die Apartments sind sehr geräumig, sauber und zweckmäßig mit allem - außer einer Spülmaschine - ausgestattet, was auch ein Selbstversorger erwartet. Wir bevorzugen allerdings, uns in den vielen guten Restaurants mit mediterraner Küche in der näheren Umgebung verwöhnen zu lassen. Ein Auto ist wegen der Lage hoch oben am Hang notwendig, wenn man nicht sehr sportlich und gut zu Fuß ist. Dafür entschädigt der Panoramablick. Unbedingt Zimmer mit direktem Seeblick buchen! Erwähnenswert noch, dass es nur im Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage gibt.

Ruhig, angenehme Größe, tolle Aussicht
Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Föhn, genügend Geschirr ) unser Appartement war sehr groß und sehr ruhig am Ende des Ganges mit unglaublichen Aussicht , Pool sehr schön gelegen mit toller Aussicht haben wir täglich benutzt. Anfahrt unbedingt über die Abzweigung im Ort beim "casino" wählen....andere Strecken den Berg hoch sind übel.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas zu weit abseits von Gardone Riviera und man kann ohne PKW abends recht wenig unternehmen. Der Blick auf den Gardasee ist aber wirklich sehr schön. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist dort gut untergebracht, lediglich die im Erdgeschoss liegenden Appartments mit Seeblick liegen direkt an Zufahrststasse zu Parkhaus. Das war dann teilweise doch etwas zu viel Verkehr.

Fantastische Aussicht, wunderbarer Blick auf den See, ruhig gelegen,schöner Garten, toller Pool. Ein wunderschönes Kleinod am Gardasee, was man jederzeit wieder aufsuchen kann.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It was a very well taken care of, peaceful surroundings, nice staff and beautiful views. The pool area was clean and tidy and it was situated in great place, very suitable for young children also. We (4 adults) stayed for a week in the beginning of june. The apartment (split level + patio) was just big enough for us to be able to live normal life and even cook for ourselves several times. The nearest restaurants were 1 km downhill and the centre of Gardone Riviera about 3km. I truly recommend that you have your own car with you. We got a parking space from the hotels garage and the car really eased the 2 km climb from the main road to the hotel. We did not use the hotels other services, but for example, they offer some daily groceries brought to your door step every morning and it seemed to work well for those who used it...

Fantastisk udsigt over Gardasøen.
Rigtig godt ophold med god og meget venlig service. Alle faciliteter velholdte og der var en fantastisk natur i området. Lidt svært at finde første gang; men derefter ok tilgængelighed.

Grandiose Aussicht auf den südlichen Gardasee
Sehr schöne Apartmentanlage am Berg, über eine steile Serpentinenstrasse zu erreichen, mit toller Aussicht auf den See und herrlich ruhig. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der gepflegte Park und die ebenso gepflegte Poolanlage. Positiv ist auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, der im Preis inbegriffen ist. Für große Autos ist das Einparken und noch mehr das Aussteigen etwas problematisch, weil die Plätze sehr schmal sind. Die Apartments sind dafür umso geräumiger und auch sauber, haben eine ausreichend große Terrasse bzw. einen Balkon, alles zweckmäßig möbliert mit ausreichend Stauraum in Schränken und Kommoden. Auch die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet. Schade, dass kein täglicher Reinigungsservice angeboten wird! Ansonsten gab es nur kleine Beanstandungen, z.B. tropfte die Kaffeemaschine nach, die Sitzbezüge der Stühle könnten erneuert werden.
