Pros: The 4 course evening meal on offer at the hotel was simply amazing both in terms of quality and price.

Beautiful hotel with the most stunning views!Posted Oct 28, 2013
Pros: The stunning views, the welcoming staff and the free tea/coffee and cakes in the afternoon!
Location: Location on main road along coast of Lake Garda but close enough to walk into Garda old town and also up to the beautiful historical Villa of
We had a lovely stay in this hotel and are definitely planning on coming back again. The views over the lake were absolutely stunning and the hotel was located in a very good location for access to Garda and other beautiful towns/villages located along the East side of Lake Garda (the nicest side!). Staff were very welcoming and there was free complimentary tea/coffee and cakes when we arrived. The standard bedroom was a little cramped but reception allowed us to upgrade to a bigger, better room for a very reasonable price. It also had good parking arrangements and a lovely pool on the terrace overlooking the lake. All in all - well worth a visit!!!

Excellent staff!Posted Sep 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
Really enjoyed stay.Only things letting hotel down, pool freezing ,not heated and no atmosphere in dining room lighting too bright and tables too close together for evening meal.Food and service were excellent .Good value drinks and lunches at hotel.Complimentary tea, coffee and cakes were nice touch in the afternoon. What really set hotel apart were excellent staff, all very friendly and happy.Hotel is very conviniently situated for walking into Garda, for restaurants, boats etc.

Lovely hotel in great locationPosted Sep 14, 2013
Pros: Parking and pool and breakfasts were amazing.
Cons: Room sizes or cost per room.
Location: Garda is a very lovely town with plenty to do. We would strongly recommend a visit and taking some time to visit some of the other towns on the lake.
The hotel is great with rear facilities with it not being in the centre of garda but only a 2minute walk to the nearest end. We would definitely stay again. The only downside is that the rooms aren't very big for the price we paid.

good hotel in good locationPosted Aug 28, 2013
lovely hotel in very good position in Garda just a few minutes from the town centre. room was not overly big but was clean and had a balcony from where we could see the lake. Staff were welcoming and helpful, breakfast was varied with a chef to do omelettes as you waited and we loved the champagne. Pool was great to get into to cool down as the weather was so hot.

Great hotel, great town, great time.Posted Aug 21, 2013
Pros: The view, the staff, the location.
Location: 100m up the road from the main promenade where everything happens.
The quality of the hotel in the reviews I had read was the main reason for booking this hotel. It was for my wife's 30th birthday and we had a fantastic time. On arrival, our room was ready early and the information we received from reception stated exactly what we needed to know about the services available and what was around Garda. The room was a full lake view room with a modern feel and a 10 ft balcony. The shower was nice and powerful. Beach towels were available in the room and could be used on the beach and at the pool; these were replaced when required by the very friendly staff. The TV had UK channels 1-5. Breakfast was included and high quality with omlettes made to order and an excellent selection of continental food. An iron and ironing board were not available but ironing could be done by staff for a charge. The pool is not an olympic swimming pool but ideal for the cooling off when the sun gets too hot with a jacuzzi function. The location of the hotel is about 100m up the road from the main promenade where everything goes on. In summary, the hotel exceeded all expectations and was in a perfect location leading to my wife having an amazing time.

Just perfectPosted Aug 10, 2013
Pros: Staff, food, cleanliness
Cons: No balcony
Location: Great being so near lake, can get ferries, bus, or bicycle hire within 10 minutes
Fabulous hotel, great location, everything perfect. We had a room without a balcony which was fine for only washing, dressing and sleeping in, room would have been nice with a balcony but that's not the hotels fault, upgrade if you can, the room itself was immaculate, towels changed daily and the pool towels. Receptionist, mevenul (I think) was amazing, sorting out wifi, helping with all our little questions, getting taxis sorted nothing too much trouble. Only stayed on B&B but there was free tea coffee and cake at 4pm daily, all food great, service fab, nothing to complain about.
