Good location. That's all really

The hotel was in a good location. A short board walk to bardolino, a lively place with restaurants and shops aplenty. The staff were a bit death-starey and the economy double room was absolutely tiny. So small it was just like a tiny cell. The breakfast was actually quite good.

Good value for money - you get what you pay for!

If your looking for a spacious, clean, friendly hotel right next to the beach this is it. The staff speak English among other languages. It's room furniture is slightly dated but works well. You get a TV (SKY based at cost), hair dryer, great air-con and small fridge but its all 'right for the price'. We had the bed and breakfast which was very good - continental style. Clean towels on demand (leave your damp ones on the floor). Free parking is a bit tight but workable. You can swing two proverbial cats in your room and the en suite bathrooms are great! Even had a balcony overlooking the bay. We had a great intro by the manager to the nearby beach bar who arranged our umbrella and two sunbeds for 10euro a day. All the local amenities are within walking distance and local meals are very cheap. We did not try the hotel menu but it did look great (can be obtained for a supplement). The website is accurate on description - I would be happy to go back and that's the best accolade. What's needed - a room safe! Having said that I trust the staff here! The manager is personable and previously worked in London, he was there morning noon and night to ensure the customers were well looked after.
