The Palace lives up to it's grand name!Posted Jul 17, 2014
Cons: Introduce Evening meals to the restaurant!
Location: Close to Lake Garda and several traditional restaurants.
Fantastic clean and tidy hotel with a quality feel. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is heaven especially with the sliding windows open! Great roof pool and spectacular main pool. Only a short taxi ride (or free hotel shuttle bus) to the Port where you can board one of the many ferries to explore all of the historic towns festooned around Lake Garda. Only gripe is that it's a shame the hotel isn't a little closer to the lake!

Could do with providing evening meals. As a B&B it is a great hotel will revisit again.

terrific servicePosted May 30, 2014
Pros: location, shuttle service, facilities and luxurious surroundings
Cons: bring the shuttle times 10 mins forward in the morning to connect with the ferries from both desenzano and sirmione
Location: within easy reach of desenzano, easy to cycle, and shuttle available for Sirmione,
Excellent facilities, service and venue with the shuttle service very handy for getting to either Sirmione or Desenzano. We hired bikes and cycled, with ease, to Desenzano (though I hadnt been on a bike for best part of 10 yrs), which was fun. Would highly recommend this hotel, although some distance (too far to walk) from Sirmione, the taxi back was only 12 euros, and the comfort and peace and quiet at the hotel cannot be overstated.

Just a nice hotelPosted May 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
Stopped here for a night, and it was a fine hotel. Thought it was on a lake, but never saw one from the hotel. The lobby and bar were better than average, but the rooms and restaurant were just a bit plain. We were comfortable, had a nice little patio to have a drink by the pool. The breakfast was enjoyable, but not elaborate. We did drive a couple miles to get to town, then walked the streets to see the sights and have dinner. Cute town, very touristy area. But quiet by the hotel. Plenty of places to choose from in town for food and shopping. Great gelato. Can't say anything bad, it was a nice hotel.

Fabulous place. Drove around Lake Garda one day and then daily trips to different towns on the other days. Room was spacious, clean and bed were comfortable. Location for us was perfect

Great hotel for holidaymakers and business users.Posted Jul 21, 2013
Ideally situated between Desenzno and Sirmione.Modern very well designed and constructed. Excellent facilities. No evening meal but plenty of eateries close by or a short taxi ride away. Really helpful and efficient staff. Shuttle bus service is good but would benefit from a more frequent timetable.

Great place to enjoy trips around Lake GardaPosted Jul 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is very nice. Two gorgeous pools. One on 3rd floor-top floor and another in the gardened area. Free internet worked great. Good breakfast included. Hotel is not on the lake, but is across the street from it. From top 3rd floor and some of the second have views of lake from balcony. Several restaurants with-in walking distance. Hotel itself has breakfast and bar and food service all day but no restaurant dinning.

Good for Sirmione!Posted Jul 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is well kept, spacious and rooms very clean, modern and neat. Two nice pools, and very helpful service, even when one of us left items behind they helped with a solution. Too far to walk into Sirmione, but taxi is 10 euros or so, or, they will lend you bicycles at the hotel, which is ideal. Highly recommended for a short stay to enjoy Sirmione and the lake.
