Should be 5 star !!!Posted Nov 13, 2013
Pros: Painted in white made it appear spotless. Walk up/down stairs had marble floors. Staff friendly & spoke English well. Breakfast superb!
Location: Quiet, no street noise. View back of swimming pool & fountains, foliage, palm trees & Dolomites made setting like being in Hawaii or Carribbean.

Great Hotel, Really RelaxingPosted Oct 7, 2013
Pros: Staff, location
Cons: The bathroom was a bit average
Location: 100 yards from the Lake. Bikes provided by the hotel. Sailing centre 150 yards away (also fluent in English)
Really helpful bilingual staff, nothing too much trouble, including booking us a table at a restaurant when we arrived late. Hotel a stone's throw from the Lake and about 10-15 minute walk into town (although there are plenty of restaurants near the Hotel). Would gladly come back again

Great SpotPosted Sep 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is a 5 to 10 minute walk from the town it self but you can walk in by the lake which really is not such a bad thing. They possess a good size pool and breakfast in the morning is a step above most hotels. Plus the ice cream parlour they own attached to the building is amazing- its worth staying here for the ice cream alone.

Overall a excellent hotelPosted Aug 17, 2013
Pros: Upgraded Room and spar!
Location: Very good right at the top of the lake
We stayed here while touring Northern Italy on our Honeymoon! The staff were generally friendly especially the night porter who was very helpful! We upgraded our room after arriving on the first night, the first room was very basic and the style was quite old however the second room was decorated to a very high modern standard and included a spa bath and had a lovely view of the lake! The hotel spa is also very good and well worth a visit! We would highly recommend staying here but would also suggest considering an upgrade.

Great Location; a bit oddPosted Aug 13, 2013
Pros: Great breakfast buffet. Especially enjoyed making our own freshly squeezed orange juice!
Cons: Attentiveness of staff.
Location: Active vacationing--biking, sailing, running, hiking, swimming...etc. Nice walking path along the shore, and large beach for families.
We wanted to stay at a nice place on the Lake. Parc Hotel Flora fit the bill, from online reviews. It has a nice breakfast, but no dinner restaurant, which is a bit strange, given the large dining room and great location! Staff was rather casual and distracted at check in and check out. It's definitely a laid back atmosphere. The room was decorated in reds, which isn't very relaxing...great view of the lake from the balcony. Large room, large bathroom, comfortable bed. We went for a nice walk on the nearby paths. This is definitely an active vacation spot. Not sure what to conclude about this place!!

Lovely small hotel for everyonePosted Aug 3, 2013
Location: About a 10 min walk rebound the lake to the centre of Riva
A super small hotel with excellent personal service, superb buffet breakfast and the hotel also hosts two welcome evenings offering a complimentary buffet and wine. Lovely outdoor pool and top range spa. Also the best ice cream parlour next door!

Amazing hotel, staff exceptional, Beautiful!Posted Jul 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
My wife and I stayed here for 5 days and nights. The staff were so helpful and accomodating. The Pool and gardens are stunning and immaculately kept and cleaned. The brekafast was gorgeous and wide ranged but not cheap. All food was of a high quality and well presented. The reception area is beautiful and the whole hotel very upmarket. The only small downside is that the rooms are a little bit sparse and slightly older in furnishing and fittings. The complimentary bikes were perfect, they also have exceptional mountain bikes to hire(great quality) however these are extra which we weren't aware of until checking out(howevere this is in the hotel guestbook if you read it through) There is no nightlife in the hotel or restaurant as there are so many Gelataria's, restuarants, cafes and bars within seconds of the hotel. There is easy access and parking for cars(Free parking in underground garage) The Spa is free and was sensational to relax in (open from 3-9pm and was never busy). Overall we loved this hotel and will be revisting in the next 12 months to go snowboarding next time instead of in the hot summer. The TV's have 1 english channel but we didn't watch TV as the weather was amazing. Safe in room was small but adequate. WIFI is quick and free but it's range is very limited. We couldn't get it in our 3rd floor room, by the pool or outside hotel walls, Reception is the strongest area.

Wonderful spa hotel!Posted Jun 23, 2013
Pros: Wonderful gardens and hotel pool
Cons: No tea/coffee facilities in room and have to purchase them post-breakfast
Location: 2 min walk to the lake through the hotel gardens. 15 min walk into the centre of Riva along the lake.
Wonderful hotel in a great location. We had a double comfort room but it could easily be compared to a more upmarket room in a UK boutique hotel. Our balcony gave us wonderful views of the hills and we could just about see the lake from the room. What really sold it for us was the spectacular gardens and the lovely hotel pool. The spa facilities are also wonderful (sauna, solarium, experience showers), especially as they're included in the price! Breakfast was also very good - lots of choice, friendly helpful staff, great coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice! The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the centre of Riva (and we're fast walkers!) so may not be ideal for people with mobility issues. But the walk is along the lakeside so a really very pleasant experience.
