“The beat sleeping accommodation. Room very cozy and homely.”

I learned, in this case never to judge a book by it's cover. First impression was "maybe that's why my room was so cheap". The reception area wasn't so impressive, the guest attendant was very kind and friendly. And to top it ; off I was pleasantly surprise with my room. Best hotel bed ever. Would recommend this hotel.

“Decent hotel for the price”

Hotel is very outdated. Rooms are what you pay for..nothing too fancy. Customer service was very helpful and king with my late check in. good hotel for those on a budget staying in lake geneva.

“So-so”

1) This hotel is worn out, in and out. 2) Lobby is almost empty and kind of sad. 3) There was a lot of dust behind the beds. 4) Towels were old and worn. 5) The pool was not heated. The pool furniture was in dire condition (two very dirty plastic tables and a bunch of broken plastic chairs). One bright spot: the owners were very friendly.

“It is what it is”

This place seems "old", like it could use a new coat of paint or something. Especially in the stairway. So it's nothing fancy, just a basic place to lay your head at night. But the room was clean with plenty of space. It's about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the lake front (Lake Geneva), boat rides, beach and restaurants. So that was convenient. I'd stay there again if I was in the area. One odd thing...I didn't notice until I got home..there was a small charge on my bill for "Tips/Misc". I have no idea what that was for! But it wasn't worth a long distance call to try and figure out.

“A good place for one night”

“Stainy Bed”

It was a place to sleep. We saw a few mystery stains on the bedspread and underneath the fitted sheet on the bed that scared us. Like I said, it was a place to sleep and that's it.

“Disappointing”

Immediately before entering a young shirtless tattooed man was sitting on bench outside, smoking. I asked where's the main door, & he pointed to it without a word. Not a good way to get a good first impression. Lobby is dreary & old, very disappointed. Rooms were dreary & old, very 1970. It was so disappointing, I went to another hotel (Harbor Shores), even tho I still paid full price for this 2 rooms X 2 nights, it was so disappointing. The very kind gentleman was very pleasant to deal with, had good conversations with him. But the name does not reflect this inn, as it's really a run-down old dreary motel, 3/4 mile from the town.

“Spook Motel”

This was awful and very creepy. We left immediately. The atmosphere was exaxtly like something you would only see in a horror movie!
