Beautiful Hotel With Plenty To Do

Posted Jun 14, 2015
I only stayed one night and I was not disappointed. The grounds and facilities were beautiful and the staff was so friendly and helpful! There is plenty to do with a spa, golf course, pools, and the on site cafe, restaurants and lounge.

We agree, we love that it can be a relaxing resort for those looking to unwind but there are also plenty of activities and a town near by for something to do. See you back again soon! Tom Mason, General Manager

Cons: Put a fan in the bathroom
Very relaxing and comfortable beds. Bathroom didn't have a fan, that was the only downfall when taking a shower.

Grand Geneva

Posted Apr 8, 2015
Pros: New refurbished rooms, clean and modern, also good restaurants.
Location: Lake Geneva is 10 min down the street with boating , swimming and shopping.
Our experience at the Grand Geneva was very good. We had stayed at this resort about 5 years ago and found it to be showing its age. It was originally built to be a Playboy club hotel. This recent stay was a surprise and we found the room to be completely modern and new. The grounds are well kept , with a spa , pool, riding stable, ski slopes and golf course. Best of all 3 great restaurants that had excellent food for every taste.

Thanks for coming back after five years. I am so glad you gave us another try since our last renovation. Sounds like you had a chance to experience our restaurants, and I am so glad. We are very proud of the different menus we provide in our restaurants. Thanks so much for sharing your feedback. We hope to see back before another five years are up. We went for a quick over night visit on our last night of spring break. Have never stayed at this resort but werepleasntly surprsed! The rooms were clean & comfortable. The pool area was great. Water was warm & there were ping ping tables & bags to play in there. There is a Starbucks in the lobby! And the mirror in the bathroom has a tv inside of it! My kids thought that was so cool! Will definitely be going back!

Only comments- more for kids to do. Activities were only for adults really. In better weather horses are available plus pool outside. One thought would be to add an evening campfire with s'mores for families.

Nice but ex to spend more then what you plan for..

Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: The room was nice
Cons: service fee(s)$15 a day just to get around,rm service deliver $3.50 w/an add18% giftshop/coffees closed@ 9 so if you wasn't a drink you pay $7
The Resort was nice. But all the service fee(s) were just to much for a weekend get away.
