The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was a bracket on the wall where the blow dryer was supposed to be hanging. I cut my finger on it. Really deep cut and all the front desk person said was "oh, sorry". The hallway smelled awful.

This is a tired but well-kept typical Super 8—with amiable and helpful staff. It is very convenient to all the amenities and attractions. The room rates are reasonable for the area. I am personally not a fan of the gel pillows and the shower was very slippery (we bought a tub mat at Walmart). It's a good choice if you want clean no frills place to stay. We would definitely rebook if we returned to the area.

Nice clean rooms, quiet and great staff. You need to take stairs to second floor, so keep that in mind when booking. I didn’t need assistance, so I didn’t ask if they help with luggage. I would communicate directly with hotel prior to booking to either get first floor room or if they assist with helping you get upstairs.

The smell is terrible. Cracked/peeling /chipped paint on walls. Walls dirty. Carpet worn old and outdated. Screens hanging off windows. Furniture torn. I was afraid to touch anything for fear of picking up bed bugs or something. Was shown 4 rooms. Called expedia. They wouldnt refund because the guy at the desk refused to refund my money. I went to a clean, safe hotel down the road. I would have slept in my car had i not beem able to find another room elsewhere. This place needs to ne SHUT DOWN by health department.

Mattress was firm and parts of the room are updated. Super thin walls , very noisy after 10pm. Cable service and TV was analog. Breakfast was lacking. Hostess cupcakes and Twinkies? No donuts, danish, or muffins.

Toilet does not flush right. We did not not call the staff because we stay only one night. The room and cabinets were not clean either.

I was unaware of a $50 deposit we had to make on top of the payment for staying there. Im still waiting for the refund of the deposit. The room was clean and staff was friendly. We asked for extra pillows and had no problems getting them right away.

Room did not smell of lavender or cinnamon. Toilet leaked water on to floor, I think from between tank and base. New floor tile on bathroom floor but no caulk around the base or along bathtub. Only one towel hook on back of bathroom door, where do ya put other person bath towel or the hand/ face wash cloths??? Very poor lighting by the sink mirror. Full length mirror on the wrong wall, no room to get in front of the mirror with the sink base in the way. Probly due for new carpet also. Probly going to spend a little more money for a room somewhere else next time.

It was NOT pleasurable at all !!! - Hotel critic
The top blanket fell like a curtain. The chair next to the window was stain with a piece of bacon stuff in between the seat with gnat flying around. A lamp stop working for some reason and they didn't have HD TV it was analog We are not living in the 1960s anymore they need a total upgrade on everything and with how much I got charged for the room they definitely have the money for it !!

They had no first floor rooms and no elevator, which was an issue for me since I have a chronic knee problem. The sink was a bowl placed atop a standard vanity and was too high for me at 5’2”. There was no grab bar in the shower. Had I realized this in advance I would have booked elsewhere. The breakfast was the bare minimum. I would not recommend this motel to others.

Old smelly rug, cigarette burns on the bathroom counter, shower not functioning properly and generally dirty areas. Fridge caked with ice and unusable. Walls in sink and bathroom area show painting over repaired possible areas. The morning clerk, a longtime employee was exceptional as always from past experience. This facility has gone downhill over the last two year if unuse.

Mold and mildew smell was unbearable. Carpet was incredibly dirty. Linens had stains. Overall needs full deep clean and replacement on a lot of the interior.

Our room didn't have a tub drain plug. The manager on duty was willing to run down to lowe's to get one, tho he ended up finding a brand new one in a storage cabinet. The owner and family running the place was very sweet and attentive!!

Website and itinerary clearly state that check out is 11am. AFTER checking in I was I formed that check out is 6am - 9am…I had to set an alarm to wake up to check out. It’s ridiculous, how is that convenient at all. I doubt they require that much time to clean for the next guest because the whole place was damp and dingy. Even the blankets on the bed felt and smelled like they were left in someone’s old basement. The area surrounding the hotel is not terrible, only because there’s plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.
