Walk to everything location, moderate quality

Posted Apr 28, 2015
We booked this for the location so we could walk to everything in Lake Geneva. it was great for access to all we wanted to do. The decor and layout were moderate, and updates wouldn't hurt. Nice staff.

Friendly Staff / Run Down Hotel

Posted Apr 27, 2015
The room cost about $300.00 per night. Upon arrival we were greeted by the receptionist! Very friendly. Then we went to the room. Let's just say that it looked like a Fraternity House that just had a party. The couches were old, and there were stains that I don't even want to know how they got there. I called the front desk, and they gave us another room. The second room was better than the first one. However, it was still old with a new paint job. For three hundred dollars, I would not stay here again...

Cons: Hotel is somewhat old, but very clean
Easily walk to shops, restaurants and lake. Great restaurant right in the hotel as well. Suite arrangement was perfect for us.

Good for families

Posted Apr 20, 2015
Great location and I think for families the condo set up is great. Went with my husband for a getaway and didn't fit the atmosphere we were hoping for. The room service was terrible. The room was out dated and surprisingly did not have an oven. The hot tub and pool area were very clean however the couple in the pool displayed way to much PDA. It was quite disgusting and I didn't even feel comfortable being there. Check out is too early at 11am.

Bored and Time Wasted

Posted Apr 9, 2015
Pros: the pool is pretty good
Cons: everything
Location: nothing to do in spring time for kids, all junk food restaurants, everything is over priced junk, capitalism at its best
Sofa was breaking, game room smells, no games for 5-10 year oldies, bed is located right at room door, their resort fee is a joke. it's almost like extortion, hardly any tv channels for kids under 10, window blind was broken so that people could see, in,one of entrance doors does not close all the way allowing easy entrance into hotel etc... Will be looking for a new destination after this trip that is close to city

Tired accommodations

Posted Apr 6, 2015
Pros: The pool was great for kids and the adjoining restaurant was nice. Walking distance to downtown a plus.
Cons: The workout room was tiny and the hotel didnt offer any good views of the lake.
Location: Starbucks, local breakfast diner good value.
The main bedroom was right off the front door, with no privacy. The loft bedroom was spacious, but with the upstairs TV on, it was hard to hear the downstairs one. The bed linens were very dated. Kitchen was well appointed.

Outdated hotel near shopping

Posted Feb 28, 2015
Upon arriving, I felt the room was clean, but very dated with sub par furnishings. I found one of the entrances unsecured. I reported this to the front desk, who seemed unconcerned. The rest of my evening was relaxing until I tried going to bed. At 5 minutes to midnight, they decided to vacuum the lobby. My room was the first room from the lobby. I called the front desk to ask them to stop vacuuming. They did, only to start vacuuming again at 6:30am. There were also drunken adults who were loud and disorderly until 3am. This is supposed to be a resort for families. I would not feel comfortable bringing my young children to this resort. I was very disappointed in this resort, especially for $170 a night. Try another hotel for about the same price.
