A great place to stay in Montreux
Room was very spacious for 4 adults. Walkable distance to most tourist spots and bus stop is right across the street. Clean room and kind employees. Loved the stay here and the city!

Villa Toscane turned out to be a hotel across the street. Nothing like the pictures. Facing the street made it a noisy night, but hotel employees were attentive and breakfast was good.

Although the Royal Plaza Montreux manages the administrative and daily duties of the facility, I felt the process is well-run, even though we had to walk across the street in the pouring down rain. It was worth it!

The hotel was amazing! Views were great and we had our own terrace with our room! The staff was excellent. We couldn’t have been happier. Great location and walking distance from many places.

This is not full service hotel, it is part of another big hotel. check in issues, we need to check in different hotel and get the key. Room issue, single rooms are small and dingy, is good for one person only. no cafe, we need to walk to get a coffee No ice, water, we need to buy bottles from vending machine suites are good and spacious. never book single room But his hotel is decently located

Great location, clean, and has a good amount of space. It was pretty warm and did not have an air conditioning. Also, parking and reception is across the street.

We loved the location, view, ease of access to bus, breakfast, and swimming pool. Staff was very friendly. We stayed two nights. Our room was advertised as having air conditioning, but the first night the AC was broken and they were unable to fix it or change our rooms. Given the cost to stay, we thought they might offer compensation (free breakfast) or small discount, but they did not. However, they did move us the second night to a room with AC, and then we were able to sleep well. Overall, we loved everything about this hotel except the broken AC.

The room was very small, half underground, with no air conditioner. Otherwise it was fine. There was a fridge and tea kettle, it was nice.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Although just know that this hotel is across the street from the lake and you would check in at Royal Plaza and also eat breakfast there. You will have to haul your luggage across the street. I would recommend adding the 16 ChF for breakfast as the actual cost is 30 ChF for the lovely spread! Our window faced the street and we got a glimpse of the alps and lake from our bed. We loved our stay!!

Lovely 1 night stay. Check in across the street was great. Very helpful staff. Older property but updated. Great deck/patio overloooking the lake. Only issue were the beds. Like a park bench, but all else was good

Nothing bad to say about the staff at all - they were lovely. But I will say that the property itself is not the nicest. It was pretty run down. Definitely in need of renovation/refurbishment.
