“Great hotel with paper thin walls”

I stayed there in September. The hotel itself is great, nice and clean, employees are polite and helpful. The only issue - it has no sound-proofing at all. There is usually very many bikers in Lake George area and I promise you will hear all of them since the hotel stays right on RT-9. Also if some of your neighbors shuts the door it produces a little earthquake. If you are not sensitive to these things and want to be as close as possible to the Queensbury amusement park you should definitely consider it.

“Very Impressed”

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located next to Great Escape. The pool and hot tub were excellent. I loved that the front counter had delicious cookies for the guest. Overall I will def stay there again.

“Great for trips to 6 flags”

The hotel was in a great location. We walked to the park and saved in parking. Breakfast was very nice. The indoor pool was the best we have used as it was warm and relaxing.

“4 Star Stay”

“Comfortable and easy”

We stayed here due to the proximity to the inddoor water park. We found the room to be quite nice, the pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast topped it off! Kids really enjoyed it - would definitely stay here again...

“Great hotel choice in the Queensbury area.”

This is a new property, less than 5 years old and in excellent condition. Very clean and very well run. There is also a very nice outdoor patio and pool in back equipped with grills, great for a cookout. The location is also great being adjacent to the Six Flags park and well within walking distance. Excellent choice if you are vacationing with the family, especially if you are planning on visiting the park. We've visited the area in the past and this is definately one of the best choices for hotels. We'll be back to this hotel in the future!

Area recommendations

There are plenty of restaurants located in the area south of the hotel and of course the outlet shops to the north are a big attraction as well. If you like burgers, check out the 5 Guys Burger restaurant located to the south.

“Edie”

Hi, My husband & I traveled to the area to see a Dave Matthews Band show at Saratoga Springs. All of the hotels sell out so quickly that we usually stay at Glen Falls. It's not a bad drive from SPAC to Glens Falls. This is the nicest place we've stayed yet-close to the highway & right next to the amusement park & lots of places to eat. Very clean -everything worked. Staff was great!

Area recommendations

Anywhere from Saratoga Springs to Lake George is a gorgeous area.

Events and shows

Saratoga Performing Arts Center is a great venue to see show.

“Pretty nice place”

This hotel was quite clean, had a nice pool and spa, the area around the pool smelled nice, not mildewy like some hotels with indoor pools can be. The continental breakfast was not the best, but I've had worse. The room temperature at night was a bit too hot and couldn't be adjusted easily.

The Lake George/Queensbury area has something for everyone looking for family vacation in the Adirondacks.
