Pros: Nothing
Cons: A new staff
This place tells you one thing and does another. When you confront them about it, they never take responsibility.

Pros: The location is great you can actually see the lake from the balcony.
Cons: If only there was an exhaust fan to vent the bathroom.
Location: Don't forget to eat breakfast at flapjack pete.
Nice motel, quiet and very close less than 10 mins walk from city center. Great for families.

not satisfied

Pros: The motel had an ice machine outside to fill up your cooler.
Cons: Everything mentioned in about my experience.
Location: The motel is located right at the end of the village. So it was walking distance to all the shops and exciting things to do.
My experience was not good. My family and I have stayed in Lake George village for the past 9 years. and this is the first time we were not happy . For starters there was No toilet paper in the room ( had to go to the front desk to ask for some). no tissues. there was hair all over the shower. the beds were not made by the maid the comforter was just pulled over the bed. the fridge leaked all over the floor. and the pool claimed to be heated but was not I had booked the room for 3 nights. and after the 3 nights I was ready to leave.

Pros: Clean
Cons: Shady booking practice, no way to fix problems.
Location: Location very convenient to Lake George village.
I booked a room with 2 queen beds, but when we arrived (which was late, 11PM) we were given a room with 2 full beds. Since there were four of us, it was important to have the 2 queen beds. I didn't bother to do anything the first night, as it was so late. When I asked about it the next morning, I was told that yes, I did indeed book and pay for a room with 2 queen beds, but that room was being renovated, and they did not have another room with 2 queen beds available. They would refund the difference. I would not have booked this room had I known this ahead of time. Now, I could not find another comparably priced room at short notice, so I was stuck. Then the second evening, the air conditioning broke in the room and the windows would not open. When I called down to the office, I was told they could give me a fan, totally unacceptable. They did end up giving me a second room, but my kids had to stay in the stuffy, no air conditioner room. Do not stay here if you want to be comfortable.

Small room

Posted Jul 9, 2011
only dissappointment was the room was tiny and up on a hill.everyone staying there had to park on an incline.other than that comfortable and clean.Hard to reach ac on wall but that's because I'm short. My husband could reach the controls okay. Also shower was set at same temp water setting couldn't cool it down by turning the fixture's handle.
