Small hotel ok for one night.Posted Sep 26, 2013
Pros: Comfy bed and lovely clean soft towels.
Cons: The cleaning of the guest rooms needs to be thoroughly done from ceiling to floors. Needs some extra TLC.
Location: Lake George is wonderful, very scenic. Bolton Landing is a great little village with super gift shops. Dockside Quay great place to eat.
Check in ok, by friendly reception staff. Room disapointingly small. Flyscreen was ripped. Windows very dirty. Ripped nets. Stained bed valence. Dusty edges all round room. Breakfast quite poor, no bread provided.

Room conditionPosted Aug 26, 2013
Cons: Make sure the rooms are clean, provide WiFi in the rooms. Make sure the desk staff cant least can greet guests.
First, I will say upon check in we were greeted by a friendly staff person. We were told to go into a back entry to get to the room, that was not secured at any time during our stay. The room: the beds appeared clean and were comfortable for sleeping. Not so much for the bathroom. There was quite a bit of loose hair around from a previous guest, which was noticed immediately. The other disappointment was WiFi is not available in the individual rooms. Would have been nice for checking on restaurants, entertainment in the area. Upon going down for breakfast, the person at the desk barely acknowledged our presence, let alone speak one word.

Stay awayPosted Aug 25, 2013
Pros: The only good thing was the location for me.
Took two days to get the tv to work and I had to do that asked the maid for an extra bath towel was told no I had the 2 for the room. Our last night there came in from being out all day one towel in the bathroom the bed looked as if someone slept in it the pillows had an head impression on it and covers looked like my 2 yr. old made the bed. When showering the tub would fill with water and drain during the night also the sink when brushing your teeth same thing. If I could have found another hotel I would have demanded my money back and left after the first night. So stay away if you have no other choice, sleep in your car.

not on our favorite listPosted Aug 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
On our evening arrival the clerk was very friendly but that's about all the positive that I can think of for our stay at this hotel. The bathroom door in our room was completely broken and even dangerous to use for little kids, I asked Dwayne to fix it to no avail. And the swimming pool water had a very suspicious smell. Breakfast was minimal in both quality and quantity.

Not worth the money!Posted Aug 9, 2013
Wall paper was peeling off walls-- air / heating unit loud and had to really push on unit to get it to work. HBO kept going out-- just not worth $120 bucks a night!

Basic necessities with no frills hotelPosted Jul 12, 2013
Pros: Convenient location to,Route 87
Cons: Overall cleanliness, breakfast buffet.
Location: Very close to Lake George Village, 10 minutes.
Room was clean, phone did not work, ice machine was broken. Halls needed cleaning. No AC in lobby area. Breakfast buffet poor, had no regular coffee, orange juice when we looked.
