I made the reservation at the last minute after the solar eclipse experience. I was really happy with the room rate, and the cleanliness of the hotel. Expedia stated that we were supposed to get one free welcome drink. The person at the front desk didn't give us the free drink token until we showed him what was posted on the site. If the hotel is offering, why would you have the guests ask for it? I didn't like that. The bartender, however, was super nice and friendly. At the time, the bar was closing soon, but he told us not to rush and take our time with our drink. It was an overnight stay before we head back home so overall, it was a good hotel.

Hotel is very nice. It's an older hotel that has been refurbished in a lovely, classic resort style. We arrived too late and exhausted (eclipse run) to take advantage of the bar, sadly. Staff very welcoming. The room, beds, etc. quite comfortable. I missed having an in-room fridge,, but everything else was great. Excellent value.

There were too many people there with little dogs waiting for Kathy Houchel to blot out the Sun. She tried but I was at your hotel to save the planet.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. It was very clean, friendly staff starting from the front desk to the the restaurant staff. We enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel, the server Abbey was so wonderful and helpful. I had lost my voice and she was so kind in getting me hot water and lemon and heard me even though I didn't have a voice. The two ladies at the desk made us feel like we were family👏

the staff was friendly welcoming and attentive! my only complaint was the walls in the room definitely needed to be repainted i guess for 92 dollars a night i didn’t expect to see cracked walls and the pain in the room to look like it did. bed was comfortable everything was definitely clean. it was just cosmetic. but overall it was a good experience. would recommend and return.

The staff were amazing from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of downtown Glans Falls and had many new updates. We ate at both attsched restaurants, each of which had their own specialties and drinks. They were able to accomidate a food allergy i had with no issue. Breakfast on site was great as well. This a great hotel for quick getaway. Everything you need is on site and historically beautiful.

This is a historic and beautiful hotel. The rooms are beautifully updated, the finishings appropriate to the period. The lobby is gorgeous and welcoming. In the evenings we were in town they had a pianist playing one night, and a piano and bass player on another. It was beautiful and very reminiscent of a time gone by, it reminded me of time spent at the Yellowstone Hotel in Yellowstone Park. Another grand dame hotel of that Era. Just beautiful. We ate at one of their restaurants, The Fenimore, one evening. It was delicious. Just an overall outstanding experience for a very reasonable rate. Why stay at one of the chain hotels and miss the wonderful experience offered at The "Q"?

The Queensbury is a luxury hotel with no weaknesses. This is a historic hotel built at a time when major industrial towns needed a great hotel worthy of the prosperity. The property has been completely refreshed with modern conveniences. First class all the way.

This was like stepping back in time, they remolded the hotel and i thought i was back in time. Staff was awesome. Park 26 restaurant was top shelf, food was and servce 5 stars.
