“Perfect spot in Lake George”

This is only my third experience in a Wingate, but I signed up for their rewards program. The hotel rooms are very roomy, comfortably appointed, and clean. The only problem is the noise insulation in the ceilings is not good and you can here every step the person in the room above makes. I will definitely look for Wingates wherever I go. Good value for the money.

“The best hotel in Lake George”

The hotel experience was great for me and my family. We stayed at the hotel in August 2010. The checkin was swift and polite. The hotel looked new. The room included a refridgerator and microwave which helped since we had our kids with us. The breakfast included eggs, sausage, french toast and all of the items included on a continental menu (ceral, bagels, etc.) which we all loved. My kids loved the indoor pool, which was clean and the game room. The hotel sells tickets to a lot of local events at discounted prices including Six Flags Great Escape, The Rodeo, and others. This is the best hotel in Lake George!

This hotel definitely lived up to expectations. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and the hotel was in immaculate condition. Would definitely return.

the hotels and motels at lake george are seasonal and the decoration is usually very old! because the philosofy is spend your time at the lake and not at the hotel!! but this hotel is far beyond this menthality as truly provides 5start accomadations! very new, very clean very nicely decorated and specious room and it is located at the heart of everything!! i have been visiting lake george for 12 years now and the only hotel that can come to close to this is Sagamore where you have to pay arm and a leg per night considering this hotel doesnt even costs fraction of this amount it is the best and only choice!!! i highly recomend you wont be disapointed!

“Very nice place to stay”

Comes with full amenities, clean room, courteous staff - can't ask for much more. Location was close to the heart of Lake George Village, but would still require a bit of a walk. Everything else is just a 5-10 min drive away. The only negative is that it is pricier than other hotels, but at least you get what you pay for.

“CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK”

THERE IS ONLY ONE NEGATIVE THING I CAN SAY THERE WAS A DIRTY SOCK WITH PEANUT SHELLS LEFT ON THE FLOOR,OTHER THEN THAT IT WAS VERY NICE AND EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE!!!!!!!1

“Great value”

The place is only 2 years old and it is well maintained. My kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool since the weather was not cooperating. Staff was great.

The rooms and the spa/pool area were clean, the stuff friendly and breakfast is in the price included.

Very nice, elegant, clean and spacious accomodations. My family loved the 3 night stay. We would definately recommend this hotel to friends & families and obviously stay there or any (Wingate by Wyndham)again.
