Best bang for buck

Room was ok but rest of hotel is outdated. Staff was great and the breakfast was good, plenty to eat.

The pool was awesome!!! Had some tasty pizza in White Haven. Would definitely go back in the summer sometime.

Nice hotel. Close to local attractions

Arrived a little early. No early check in, which was ok, as we were only an hour and half early. Went to the Galleria in Split ROCK? Pool heater broken first arrived, however fixed quickly. Pool warm however room was not.

Very pleasant stay

My family of four stayed here a nights. The front desk staff, housekeeping staff and other staff were all very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel offers lounge/bar in the evening, which was a nice bonus. My only minor criticisms - the coffee offered at breakfast was consistently weak-tasting; Other than minor things, it was a very nice experience. We'd stay there again when in the Pocono area.

What a Dump!

Location: nothing but trees
never in my life have i stepped into such a dirty hotel! and by the way do not buy the room with the hot tub in it..... unless you like moldy black water!

Quality Inn

Pros: Staff and room.
Cons: Like I said, the whole pool room!!
Location: Location was excellent for skiing Jack Frost Mountain.
Everything was excellent other than the pool area! Firstly, too cold in the room. Secondly, the steam room doesn't work which I was looking forward to because there was no hot tub, most importantly, the pool tiles, floor, and overall whole pool area was filthy dirty! Very disappointing!!! The staff was excellent including the lounge, the room was ultra clean and comfortable. I hope they can correct these measures before I make a return trip!!

Wonderful

Pros: Bar/Lunge and food at the hotel so we didn't have to drive to go to bar. Nice and Clean room. Very nice heated pool. Very good Breakfast.
Location: winter activities very nearby
The hotel room was comfortable and clean. Beds were very good. Staff was excellent and professional. We enjoyed our time at this property and the breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We were unable to swim as the entire hotel was quite chilly. It was ok but not that great.
