Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful - Management was not helpful at all. The lake view (the reason for our reservation) is very nice. Tavern - Great!
Cons: Reservations and networking between resort locations. Bike trails or hiking trails
Location: Seems like a fun place (waterpark) for kids. Fishing, boating, ice cream - on site, lots of wildlife, Francis E Walter Dam - Breathtaking
1) They overbooked and we did not get the lakeview we reserved 2) Management was supposed to contact me several times and still have not heard from them 3) Spent roughly 4 total hours at the front desk trying to resolve their mistake 4) Stayed during renovations - several leaks in ceiling from rain, including the leak over our table during our complimentry dinner 5) Did not go to beach because they were out of beach tags Seemed to be more of an aggravation rather than a vacation They did finally get us into our room that we reserved...@ 6:30 pm, the night before our 11:00 checkout.

Booked a room w 2 beds, arrived, checked in and got to room only 1 bed. Called front desk and there were no more rooms avail.

Given wrong room at check in. Arrived early to check in but still given wrong room. Called 24 hours earlier to confirm but still given wrong room. Got yelled at by front desk staff when I called to ask why I was placed in wrong room. Very unprofessional and would not recommend. Air conditioning unit had mold on it. Hotel was hot and stunk of chlorine.

My family & I really enjoyed our stay at Split Rock Resort. We stayed at a beautiful suite located at Willowbrook. The environment was great. Lots of activities to do within the resort with family. And also nearby shopping & dinning areas if you would like to cruise around. Definitely coming back!

Pros: The location and area were great and they offered a lot , tennis courts, basketball courts, arcade, bowling ,swimming pools, private beach.
Cons: Some paint for starters, the main hotel was so beautiful but the lodge was sad in comparison
Location: Like I said many activities many, a water park that was great for you and old, a small but nice arcade, tennis courts , basketball courts, and more
If you're not looking for anything great then you found it, I thinking the main hotel was a lot better but you get what you pay for in life. Don't get me wrong the location and area were breath taking truly beautiful, but the lounge was a little run down , the ice machine was out of order. And for the 2 days we stayed I guess it was fine,

Willowbrook is newer than any building in the hotel. Suite is spacious & comfortable & have kitchens & Jacuzzis. Must drive to pool & everything else. Galleria is undergoing renovations. Lake is beautiful. Lakeside rooms are old & ugly. Massive grounds. Resort has a lot of potential. Overall we had a very pleasant vacation.

Pros: The maids were the only nice and polite people on the resort the quiet was nice also
Cons: there customer service at checkin and in house booking need training.
Location: Love the outlets
Customer service terrible checkin time to long, rooms not ready at checkin time, over booked rooms were changed and didn't get the same type of room. Try to call front desk got hung up on 8 times no one wanted to help.
