Great room for the price!Posted Jul 3, 2015
Pros: Location, price, cleanliness
Cons: Breakfast room size
Location: Lake Havasu, London Bridge, downtown Havasu shopping/restaurants
This is an older hotel, but the room was very clean and in good condition. The air-conditioner worked great (very important for Lake Havasu City at 115 degrees). The staff was great. The breakfast room is tiny, but they provided an OK breakfast. We slept well and that was really the most important thing.

Quiet, restful experiencePosted Jun 16, 2015
Pros: price, location (close to highway), amenities, ease of check-in, parking
Location: restaurants, grocery, pharmacies
Easy check-in allowed us to get a great night's sleep on our journey to the Grand Canyon. Price was great, room was clean and quiet, everything in the room worked, sheets and towels were clean, parking was easy. I would gladly stay again!

Awful service dirty & flooding rooms!Posted Apr 29, 2015
Pros: That it was close to my nieces wedding.
Cons: Not having people lie to you!
Location: Went to a wedding wasn't there to site see.
Before I booked room I called hotel directly & was told that all rooms would be remodeled by the middle of April. When I got there not only was the room not remodeled but there was a dirty dried up washcloth hanging on our shower curtain rod! Chairs were all stain along with towels being very badly stained with what looked like someone had wiped down their automobile or bike with them!! After pulling back the sheets & looking at the mattress it was extremely stained also! Our Tv wasn't working so we called front desk & let them know. A while later someone knocked at the door I looked out the window & there was a guy standing there in ragged plain street clothes with no name tag saying he was there to fix the Tv. This made me very uncomfortable, my young daughter & I stood close to the door not knowing if someone had over heard when I called the front desk because my window was open at that time. On the second evening it started raining & we heard all this noise out front of our room, opened the door to a guy again with no name tag in street clothes proping this large board up on end against a 5 gallon bucket saying that when it rains alot our room & the room next to us flood because the parking lot is to high in that area!!! Then put what looked like these long sand bag things in front of our doors! Hotel was booked so couldn't move us! The worst room I have ever had in my many travels!

The laundry facilities were clean & we really appreciated that. The room was clean thankfully but overall not the best place to stay for comfort & safe feeling.

Dishonest Hotel Managers, Avoid!!!Posted Mar 2, 2015 on Hotels
I booked this stay for a King size non smoking several weeks in advanced and notified them we would be checking in late. When we arrived they tried to give us a heavily smoked in room with two twins and in the oldest rundown part of the hotel which sat about 15 feet off the street with no parking on that side and a lot of loud people in the rooms in that building with beer bottles and trash all over the place outside. We went back to the desk to get this corrected and were told the manager had gone in and changed our room to give it to someone else who arrived earlier. WHATS THE POINT OF THE RESERVATION IF YOU LACK INTEGRITY TO HONOR IT AND GIVE AWAY THE ROOM TO MAKE AN EXTRA BUCK ASSUMING WE WILL HAVE NO OTHER OPTION AND BE FORCED TO TAKE IT!!! Infuriated might not be a strong enough word. Tried calling the managers number on the business card at the desk with no answer and in the meantime the young lady at the desk said one of the rooms we had requested was available but that it was recently painted and would have the smell of paint fumes. We obviously said that was fine as it was already after 11pm and what the hotel had agreed to give us previously with our reservation. It was actually just the smell of new carpet as it was one of the rooms being refurbished. BTW I had called the hotel 3 times after making the online reservation and was told the type of room we made a reservation for was still available.
