Property is a little outside of town, right on the Highway. Very cute Adobe style hotel. We were in the hundreds block, which means parking was underneath us and very tight. Staff and facilities were very nice. Rooms very clean and looked like brand new. We had a second row room with no view but quieter than the rooms with view.

This place was great. Clean and well stocked. Staff was very helpful. The only complaint is it’s on 2 very busy roads. Lots of traffic noise.

Relax & Recharge
This vacation was all about rest and relaxation. And WorldMark Havasu Dunes was the perfect place for that! The view was spectacular. The condo was comfortable and spacious. There is not a lot to do in December and that was fine with us. I did find a couple of great brew pubs for lunch. But we had a well stocked kitchen for breakfasts & dinners.

We stayed in the studio and it had plenty of room for my teenage niece and I. Super clean and cute! The kitchen was stocked with all the items you could ever need. The grounds were very well taken care of and nicely decorated. The air hockey machine in the entertainment room, the putt-putt, and the pool/jacuzzi were so much fun for us! The staff was super friendly, also. I realized I misplaced my 2nd cellphone after I had checked out and left. I called to see if it was found during cleaning, it wasn’t, but the front desk offered to send someone out to double check that it wasn’t still in the room. (I later found that my phone had slid down between the seats in my car.) Without a doubt, I would highly recommend staying here and next time I’m in Havasu, I will definitely stay here again!

Overall it’s a decent place for the price and proximity to most everything. If you going to be out and about most of the time it’s a safe and quiet place to sleep and have a base. Great for young families with kids that love to swim.

This place was amazing! The bed was white and very comfortable everything was very clean and updated. The lady that checked us in the first day was so friendly and they had free wine, cheese and crackers and coffee. The grounds were great and the room was really quiet , I requested the non highway side. Love the place!

Perfect Little Suite
First time staying at Havasu Dunes. Was pleasantly surprised! I had lived in Lake Havasu City for a number of years but moved recently and was back visiting family. I had drive by this resort several times and when the opportunity arose to visit, I thought I'd book it. First and foremost, the check-in process was super easy. The office staff were very helpful and friendly. My little suite was absolutely perfect! All the amenities I needed for a 4-day stay, and close to the pool. Parking was directly behind the room which was perfect. The overall experience was just so great. I will absolutely stay here again - I highly recommend!
