The first thing I saw when I pulled up was someone lighting a meth pipe outside one of the rooms, and the jumbled trash that was out back covered with tarps and ratchet straps. Overall the place is in pretty rough shape. It needs new carpets and almost everything could use a fresh coat of paint or three. There’s a few modern appliances in the room, such as the mirror, but the tap for the bathtub almost fell off the wall when I tried to turn the shower on. There was also a faint smell of urine in the room, and a handful of stains on the sheets and towels.

King size bed wasn't stable. It learned to one side. Room was clean. Nice to have the small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Staff was friendly. Pool looked inviting but we were told it was cold.

The room was fantastic and up to date, except I did have an issue the furniture in the room. Table and end tables by bed need to be sanded down to repaint due to them being scratched up. King size bed needs to be updated along with new bedding, mine had rips and tears. But overall the room was very spacious, enjoyed the lighting and color scheme. It was worth staying for the low price and would definitely stay again. The location is also perfect, right next to downtown so everything is within walking distance

Deceptive "old-school" motel appearance. Reality; a well maintained property. It IS a budget venue, but, great value for the buck.

The room we stayed in was very comfortable, clean, spacious, and the view from the back door was amazing! It's obvious the staff really cares about keeping everything clean and fresh. I think it's an older property but once you're in the courtyar the grounds and the pool are kept very clean and pretty. Everyone we came across treated us very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

I think for the bang for your buck this is a good little hotel i mean its lake havasu nothing is really really all that bad in my eyes . The owners and staff were nice and accommodating to me and my girlfriend.

Good room. Good location.
I was very pleased with the room. It wound up being a very cold and windy night when I stayed. I liked that there was a second door that opened up directly to the pool area. I was disappointed that the weather was too cold to swim because the pool looked amazing. And the hotel was very close to everywhere I needed to be while I was in Lake Havasu.

Looks like they’re doing some remodeling the rooms have hardwood floors now and the restrooms were all remodeled. It’s walking distance to the downtown area, bars, dining..everything close by. Good dirt lot parking for the boat.

Clean and reasonably priced. Its an older motel but well maintained. The room was clean. The pool was well kept. Be sure to requested a room on the 1st floor ahead of time as there are only stairs to the 2nd floor.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Pictures do not reflect this property! Horrible, dirty, run down outside. People doing drugs and hanging out in the parking lots. Came from out of town for a funeral and my family was too uncomfortable to even get out of the car. They have a no refund policy, so we paid for 2 rooms that we weren’t able to sleep in. Please don’t waste your time or money.

This place was absolutely disgusting. We checked in to our hotel and went to the room. The floors have probably never been mopped. Wrappers on the floor hair all over the bathroom. We stayed in the room maybe 10 minutes and walked back out. Do not stay here.

It was a nice place for the price. Interiors recently remodeled. TV was very small. Exterior sidewalks were in poor condition. Courtyard was nice. Close to local amenities. Would stay here again.

It was the best price in town. My room was totally renovated, so very nice. The linens were nice and I slept well. Mini fridge, mic, coffee maker, ironing board and iron, blow dryer, basic toiletries, lighted mirror, new tv. They are clearly renovating - there's a construction dumpster and old furniture lined up along the inner walls of the motel. The pool was nice, clean and a pleasant temp. Ice machine worked, internet worked. Check in was fast and friendly. When I had trouble with watching tv, she quickly came to my room and helped me figure out the remotes. It looks pretty run down from the outside, but I had a good stay and the best price. Perhaps one of the best things, is location. It's right behind the main old town drag - lots of restaurants, bars, little shops, a park - all within blocks, so I liked that aspect. I know they'll do fine once they get the renovations completed.

It is under renovations. The quality of the work being done is questionable. Our room was clean. The linens were not very good. The location/buildings/people around the property were questionable. There was really nothing at this property except a room to sleep in.
