Super smallPosted Aug 1, 2013 on Hotels.com
Room was clean but super small. Only one double bed. You have to walk down the hall to ice machine. Heaven forbid you glance inside the laundry room, which is open and right next to the ice machine. The owners come and bang on your door. Totally rude. They have cameras in hallway as well. I hope you never need an extra towel. I should've stayed at the Island Inn Hotel like I normally do, $20 more but way better staff.

HorriblePosted Jul 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was disgusted. I had to check out early due to someone smoking something that smelled like a skunk in close proximity to my room. I was told that there is WiFi in every room, it took over an hour to get it to connect, being an online college student, I lost valuable time waiting and when I questioned it, I was treated disrespectfully by hotel staff. There was even people doing complete brake services on their vehicles in the parking lot and blocking other guests in. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

By far the worst hotel I have ever spent the weekend in. Close to the bridge but not worth it. I was embarrassed to take any one back to the room. No clock no pictures on the wall no little shampoo or soap no breakfast, small rooms.

The hotel was adequate, but a number of things were lacking. There was no clock in the room, the TV remote didn't work, and there was no info about the town such as restaurants and stores. I was only there one night so I managed with the phone book, but I would probably not book this hotel again. I have stayed in other Motel 6 locations which were much better.

Terrible for anyone if you take your shoes off.Posted Dec 2, 2012
The pillows were a big ball of foam rubber that you couldn't seperate. The carpet was so dirty that when my husband stepped in some water in bathroom it left BLACK footprints all over the light gray tile. The check in was very friendly as was the staff.

Rude staff made the experience a horrible onePosted Sep 5, 2012
Pros: The rooms were decently clean
Cons: Staff was SOOO rude
Location: Location was good. Close to food and walking dist to London bridge
The staff was EXTREMELY rude. I booked a room for 2 beds about six weeks before our vacation and when I checked in, they had given all the rooms with two beds away so not only did we get a room with one bed, but then they made us pay more for a roll away.

Great place to stay with your best friendPosted Aug 4, 2012
Pros: Good central location
Cons: Liked everything
Location: Close to restaurants, beaches and dog park.
This Motel 6 was a perfect base of operations for my dog, Ajax, and myself as we toured various area attractions. It's comfortable, quiet and close to fast food restaurants, a dog park and Windsor Beach State Park. They have the basic amenities, such as free AM coffee, cable TV and an ice machine. We stayed during the week which is less hectic than on weekends, when an armada of small boats arrives in town.

Motel 6 Lake Havasu,AZPosted Mar 11, 2012
Pros: affordable but you get what you pay for.
Cons: High pitched buzzing from tv and musty smell of room
Location: Good location within walking distance to restaurants and The London Bridge. Close to lake but rooms do not face it.
Motel manager who lives on premise was unshaven and seamed uninterested in the comfort of guests. Cleaning girls were upbeat and likeable. asked for extra pillows and they were provided. Room was clean but smelled musty. bed was not very comfortable. If I return to Lake Havasu (which I would like very much) I think I will try the Bridgeview next door to Motel 6. Television was giving off a high pitched buzzing that annoyed me very much. Wifi left alot to be desired not a very good signal. I leeched my wifi from a unprotected Netgear from the Bridgeview next door or the bar across the street. Plenty of Dining choices within walking or a short drive. Uncle Kenny's Cafe was a Good place for breakfast about 4 blocks away open 6am to 2pm we ate there either for breakfast or luch almost every day. Golden corral just across from kenny's also/
