Good location , not so good breakfast

Great location close to London Bridge. The hotel was easy to get too. The room was clean, bat tub was big and deep with super hot water, toilet was very low lol. The breakfast was described as a buffet, but it was really a normal continental breakfast and pretty disappointing. That being said there is a dennys, Starbucks, and other restraints and shops close by.

Staff is very friendly and goes an extra mile to meet your needs, but they do it so slowly... (fair to say: any service in this city is really-really slow). Rooms overlooking Hwy 95 are very noisy.

Cons: Beds could be more comfortable. Breakfast food could be improved, or just don't serve it.
Free Breakfast was terrible. I guess you get what you pay for!

Pros: The free hot breakfasts offered with the room stay. The food was FANTASTIC
Cons: Replenishing towels, kleenex & toliet paper after housekeeping cleaned the room without having to call the front desk.
ad a nice time, and the Quality Inn was close to the friends that I was visiting (10 minutes drive time) & close to London Bridge Attrraction.

Everything was great but don't plan on dinner in the restaurant. It was way over-priced for the very POOR quality.

Pros: Location is decent
The hotel is older, but seems to be well kept. It was surprisingly clean knowing that it was spring break.

we'd stay here again

Pros: Check-in fellow was great! Cheerful, helpful, welcoming. Breakfast was good.
Location: we took the boat trip to the casino, just for the ride. it was good. London Bridge information centre/museum was good.
really liked Lake Havasu! Of course, the weather was great, which helps.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything.
Toilet burped water all over the floor on every flush. Cockroaches were smushed on the wall over the bed. Pillows were small and lumpy. Beds were uncomfortable and lumpy. Rooms are very outdated. Would not recommend to anyone.

Walkways need to be cleaned up. Make the feeling going to room more favorable. Also clean walls Room was nice but needed upgrading ( carpet, headboards etc.)

Clean and comfortable

Pros: Good price and location
Cons: During check in, if guest has a room on the first floor let them know where the elevator is.
Location: Near marina
Stayed for family event weekend. Found the room to be clean and in good condition. Staff friendly. Good location. I did not take advantage of amenities like pool and free breakfast. Only down side had to go down flight of stairs for first floor room (I was not able to find an elevator). My elderly aunt was staying with me and it was not easy for her. Had I known would have requested a room on the second floor which was at parking lot level.
