Cons: Breakfast could work a little bit more efficiently.
A little older, but nice and clean...And when you head to Havassu, you're not there to hang out in your room. Air conditioning was great and appreciated each night. Price was right!

Pros: The room size was spacious
Cons: do rounds for noise, we could hear the air horn int he lobby area and the staff did not seemed bothered by it. (time was 7:00am)
There were several people who were yelling across the corridor and running. Early int he morning, someone thought it would be funny to blow an air horn and run inside their room, they did this about 4 times. We left the "We don't want room service" on our door and housekeeping still came in. the second night, people around us decided to not yell across the corridors but walk towards each other and gather in front of our door and have a full on conversation (loudly). the "breakfast buffet" is not a buffet, it is just a self served breakfast. Not buffet, that's misleading.

On behalf of our entire staff I want to apologize that we did not exceed your expectations. Our guests satisfaction is very important to us as we want them to have an enjoyable stay. The horn noise heard around the hotel was our yearly inspection of our fire alarm system. We do serve our breakfast self serve buffet style.

Disappointing

Pros: Expedia
Excellent friendly staff, but rooms were very run down. AC unit not adequate to cool the room in the summer heat. Linens old, had holes in them and comforter was more like a sheet since there was no longer any down in it. Very disappointing for a Quality Inn. Breakfast buffet decent and staff that ran it extremely friendly.

Mooie ruime schone kamers tegen een goede prijs. Vriendelijk personeel. Goed uitgebreid warm ontbijtbuffet. Niets te klagen gehad. Zeker een aanrader.

I like that it was located right off the highway. My only complaint would be the water pressure when showering there was none!

The staff was very helpful and very cheerful as well. It was nice to be greeted as if they wanted us to stay!

Better then we expected

This was the first time we stayed here and it was better then other places we stayed at in Havasu. The free breakfeast was very good and over all we had a nice stay. Yes we will stay there the next time we are in town.

Good location , not so good breakfast

Great location close to London Bridge. The hotel was easy to get too. The room was clean, bat tub was big and deep with super hot water, toilet was very low lol. The breakfast was described as a buffet, but it was really a normal continental breakfast and pretty disappointing. That being said there is a dennys, Starbucks, and other restraints and shops close by.

Good choice for Lake Havasu

Quality Inn was a good choice for us in Lake Havasu. Pros: The breakfast buffet was delicious and had the perfect variety of food. The staff were very friendly. Nice bar. Good location. Great pool. Cons: Small bathroom. Toilet is in direct view of the door. No couch. Small bath towels. Overall, we liked it.

Staff is very friendly and goes an extra mile to meet your needs, but they do it so slowly... (fair to say: any service in this city is really-really slow). Rooms overlooking Hwy 95 are very noisy.
