The carpet turned my feet black....the staff was amazing and kind to my service dog (hes a pitbull which most people are not nice to) they are doing a bunch of remodeling so hopefully they are gonna do ALL the rooms. The bed was very uncomfortable. Everything else was okay.

The Lobby area has been renovated but the parking lot is in terrible shape. Broken asphalt, pot holes. Could easily be a tripping hazard for elderly people or women in heels. The rooms are very dated and dirty. They need a remodel badly. The pros are convenient location to London Bridge, shops and restaurants. The third floor rooms offer a partial blocked view of the lake. Rooms have microwave, small refrigerators and small coffee makers.

The property is dirty, they couldnt find our reservation. Said access to the room was a minimal walk with stairs and it was difficult for my special needs child. Broken parts/accessories in the room. Very disappointed. Good point, comfortable beds.

The hotel was close to everything and I could park my rental truck in the lot. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and walked with me to show me where the stairs to my room were.

The room was difficult to find. The ice was on the first floor around the building. It was so dirty we didn’t want ice from it. The place ran out of eggs. The room we had was to be non smoking as my kid has asthma. It smelled so awful if cigar and cigarettes. The wall was filthy. The tub was dirty

My stay began when I arrived at the hotel at 9:00am and went to check in early ( I called the hotel property itself, to make sure of my RSVP and to make sure I could check in early after paid the extra $50) they said yes to both. I had 11:00 am event to go to and was coming from out of state. 1st the receptionist said there were no clean rms avail, after about 10 minutes ( while the other guy checked in 2 diff, parties) she finds a rm for me. I get to the rm and it’s still dirty. I come back to the office & wait while her & housekeeping argue that the rm was clean. She gives me a different rm and by then I 45 mins to get completely ready and get to my event ( which I did not get to on time ) very disappointed and I at least want my $50 refunded.

It sounds incredibly stressful to encounter such difficulties, especially when you've made arrangements in advance and paid extra for early check-in. It must have been disappointing to find the room still dirty after being assured of its cleanliness.Arriving from out of state for an event and encountering such delays can be incredibly inconvenient. There's absolutely no outdoor lighting. When I checked in the person behind the counter told me that I would have a great view of the lake from the room that I was in. But she failed to notify me of the noise from all of the cars, hot rods, and big rigs using I-95 right next to the hotel.

Every room smelled like cat urine. It may have been some type of ammonia they use to clean the rooms, but we couldn’t breathe in any of the rooms they showed us. Staff did try to be helpful, but management refused to honor our cancellation even though we got there early enough to do so. We had to book a hotel elsewhere and eat the cost. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel if you have any allergies and do not book via Expedia should you run into challenges because they will say Expedia is the reason that they cannot accommodate.

For the room itself was clean but the bathroom was horrible! It was dirty and it had dirt and spots over the place! For a handicap room we were really surprised that it was that bad. The raised toilet seat had metal on the back and it’s all rusty and dirty as was under the seat and under the shower seat It was also rusty or something was dirty under it and it was just yucky! My husband and I took some very needed days away to relax. We went to Lake Havasu, Arizona, and stayed at Quality Inn. I don't know why they call it Suites because they do not have any rooms with King beds and I'm not sure that they have any nice big rooms! Our checked in was okay. The room was okay. The bathroom was dirty, my husband cleaned the tub with plenty of hot water, there were ants by the sink. It is an old hotel, I imagine as the rest of them around the area, but I'm sure not all of them are maintain so poorly. Unfortunately, if the housekeepers don't do a good Job in cleaning the rooms, furniture, bathrooms, tubs, etc., everything will get stained and will look and be more dirty after each stayed. We are certain we will not stay at this hotel again! I know they have been renovating and I was told the room we were getting was one of those renovated rooms! When you find yourself in a room that has not being maintain, floors are dirty and things are coming off the wall, you may start thinking about what bugs may be there! I'm sure this room has NOT being renovated. I wore my old socks to walk around and before we checked out I left them in the trash can. As you can see by the picture, I don't think they mop the floors. Carpet was dirty, it did not look new! We only were there 2 night. Staff was excellent. Very helpful. Property itself was dated and because it was between two busy highways was noisy. We stayed right after a very busy Presidents weekend and outside was fairly trashed although got better before we left (stayed 2 nights). They do seem to be making improvements slowly. Very good location for things to do.

Definitely not up to Quality Inn standards. After we checked in, the walkway to our room was dirty and the steps to the lower level smelled foul. Our room still had litter from the prior guest (used soap/shampoo) and lacked sufficient towels. Breakfast choices were limited. We tried their restaurant one night (highly recommended at check in) and gave us a QR code to scan the menu, however, that menu was not available and won’t be for months. What we did order was very tasty. As we walked the outside hallways/stairwells in the dark, they were very dimly lit and still had the stench of 2 days prior, even after the rain and a hose down. I do not recommend staying here.

Only problem I had was that we unpacked and went into the bathroom and there was water on the bathroom floor. Had to ask for a new room.

This was my third stay with Quality Inn. I am happy with all of the accommodations and have enjoyed the pool in the summertime with my grandsons who live in Lake Havasu. James was super friendly, answering all of my questions about events happening around town, etc. I will be booking another stay in the next few months.

Our room was on the back side of the building & the traffic on Hwy 95 made it noisy. Motel is older. Outside stairs to 2nd level, no elevator. The tub, shower valve was broken & wouldn’t let any water come out. The hot water for the vanity sink faucet had air in the piping & kept surging & spitting out air. It may have been Quality 40 years ago but not in today’s standards
