The staff providing the customer service was apathetic. The rooms are dated and worn out. It's party/club life that is dated and old. Also, why pay for the 'resort fee' when there is plenty of lake for everyone.

Awesome location but the room was garbage (262).

Underwear (old dirty/ not ours) found on bathroom floor as soon as we walked in. Room was the worst I have ever stayed in when visiting. $40 dollar rooms are better than the one we got. Old beds, spiders everywhere, only warm and boiling hot water for showers, and only got 1 roll of paper. Convenient location but room was terrible. You are better off staying elsewhere and pay marina/launch fees instead of staying here. They charge you "resort" fees regardless.

Bad Smell in Room

Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: The swimming pool was nice. The staff was friendly.
Cons: Replace the carpets, and get the old dog smell out of the rooms.
Location: The hotel is in a nice, convenient location. It is a shame that our room was so smelly and beat up.
The room smelled like a dog kennel. There were many old stains on the carpet, which undoubtedly contributed to the bad smell in the room. There were spider webs in the ceiling light fixtures. The bathtub was badly cracked. The hotel swimming pool was nice, but not nice enough to be worth what we paid. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Nightmare!

Posted Jul 3, 2014
Pros: Pretty lake
Cons: Everything in the room we were in.
Location: We paid a resort fee that we found out we would have to pay after reservations and initial understanding of cost was accepted. Swimming and boating.
This was so far from what was advertised in the pictures. The sheets on the beds were dirty and stained. The quality was just unacceptable. We had to lug our belongings up cement stairs and jimmy our keys just to get the door open. While everything looked wonderful on the outside, the fact that there were people with open beer and drinks in the pool area made that area undesirable and feel unsanitary. I tried to sleep on the top of the sheets without using one of the flattened pillows that had yellowed pillowcases. This place was a sham.

I liked the idea of being close to the beach.

Posted Jun 28, 2014
As I said being by the beach was nice but with all the boats being allowed to moore at the beach and with their anchors in water so one could cut their feet made it difficult for someone to enjoy the beach.

Very disappointed!

Posted Jun 18, 2014
Pros: The view out our window at the lake was very resort like. The infinity pool was very nice as well. Lunch and breakfast at the Turtle Grill was good.
Cons: They must update the rooms if they want to keep their business. We will not go back or recommend this hotel unless we find it has been renovated.
Location: The location was wonderful, right on the beach. They have excellent potential for a resort hotel if they would update. We visited the London Bridge.
This hotel was quite a disappointment. The room initially were given looked like it was from the early 70s! We asked for an updated room and again were disappointed. The room was a larger suite but it was outdated as well. We did have a beautiful view out the window at the lake and beach, however. This hotel is quite overpriced for the room we were given. I believe there are some newer buildings which might be more up to date in furnishings.

Fun vacation spot but service sometimes lacks

Posted Jun 16, 2014
Pros: Great hotel and water sports.
Cons: Rooms were large but furnishings old. The carpeting was very uncomfortable and should be replaced.
If you are staying here, you probably are wanting lakefront access and lots of fun water activities, and they deliver on that. The pool is fantastic, with a mix of both young friends partying and families enjoying the pool. They also offer reasonable rentals on jet skis, boats, kayaks, etc. The $20 a day resort fee seemed pricey, especially given the wifi was very spotty and we ended up using our own personal hotspot. And the prices in the hotel and pool bar were definitely overpriced for the quality of what you got. And finally, it was hard to get a hold of the front desk and there often was a wait when we went there in person to get help. But if you are looking to just have lots of fun in the water, this is a good place to go.

It was great to be so close to the water and activities. We rented a jet ski for a couple hours which was simple and fun.

Pros: LOCATION AND POOL
Cons: BATHROOM TOO SMALL, OUTSIDE OF ROOM NOT CLEAN. OLD BUILDING.
Location: RIGH IN FRONT OF LAKE, LONDON BRIDGE, SHOPS, RESTAURANTS FIVE MINUTES WAY IN CAR.
THIS PLACE HAS THE BEST LOCATION RIGHT IN FRONT OF LAKE HAVASU. THE POOL WAS ALSO VERY VERY NICE. THE REASON WHY I ONLY GIVE IT A THREE STAR IS BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND IST RIGHT AT THE LAKE THEY NEED TO REMODEL THE SOUTH POINT ROOMS. THE BUILDING IS OLD AND THE BATHROOM VERY SMALL. THE SOFA WHICH CAN TURN INTO A SOFA BED WAS IN BAD CONDITION. THE OUTSIDE OF OUR ROOM BY THE WINDOW WAS NOT CLEAN.
