“Quick Stay”

This Hotel is very nice. I choose Hampton Inns because the quality is consistantly good. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was very friendly and the hotel was in very good condition.

“Hotel fine, Hotel staff not so much”

This is a fairly new hotel. The rooms and decor were very nice. Unless management gets with the program, this hotel will go down hill very fast. The front desk staff (primarily the morning person) was rude. I requested a later check out (til 1:00 p.m.). This request was denied. It would be one thing if the hotel was full, but it wasn't. Also, there was trash piled up in trash cans near the elevator and the corners of the hotel were showing signs of dirt and grime. The price of this room was high given the service and condition of the hotel.

No delay in checking in or checking out Staff somewhat aloof except for breakfast group
