Our hotel was in a perfect location. Minutes to skiing and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Our room was equipped with microwave, fridge, tv and internet service. Beds were comfortable, could have used nicer pillows. Our room was too warm. We turned down the thermostat and opened the window. Problem solved ;-) We enjoyed our stay, the hot tub and steam room were perfect after a long day skiing! The shower was strong and hot! Overall, fantastic for what we needed...a place to rest and relax. We really appreciated the free continental breakfast the next morning...great variety and healthy options!

Wonderful setting. Only complaint we were delayed due to a heavy snowfall. When we went down for dinner the main grill closed at 8pm -we were there at 7.55 and the upstairs only served tapas! Was not happy! Thank goodness the pub was still open! Not what you expect from a 5 star.

Great location. Tiny very basic rooms and bathroom but lounge area and restaurant are fantastic, food is excellent and reasonably priced. Rooms don't have TV but you don't miss it. This place is full of character and very relaxing. Would stay there again definitely.

The emerald-colored, world-famous Lake Louise sits on the Continental Divide and is surrounded by mountains on three sides. In the summer, as many as 10,000 visitors a day come to drink in this natural wonder. Popular warm-weather activities include canoeing and hiking. Snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, ice-skating, and horse-drawn sleigh rides are wintertime favorites.
