“Good Hotel in Uppsala”

Nice location near University, easy walk from the train station. Nice neghborhood. Room a litte bit worn, especially bathroom. Like most hotels, bathroom exhaust fan broken. Nothing serious. Great breakfast buffet included in room rate. AC worked but noisy; opening windows cooled room quickly (temps were cool but humid, room gets stuffy fast). University was not in session so street quiet, don't know how much street noise there would be with students in town. Hoped for early checkin (we got there at 13:30 after overseas flight) but room not ready until 3. This may be typical of Sweden, same at the other two hotels we stayed at--room not ready early-- so not a negative in itself for this hotel. Staff pleasant and helpful. Overall, a positive experience, we would certainly recommend the hotel and stay there again.
