The room was clean, but had a very musty smell to it. It was a “non smoking” room, but the rooms around it must have been smoking rooms because I could smell smoke from time to time. The towels were very thin and the stopper in the tub did not work. The next morning, the cable was out for awhile and when it came back on was only working for the network channels.

You get what you pay for
For the price you cant beat it really. Modern tv with hdmi outlets. It got cold and heated had trouble keeping up. There was trash and large debris under edge of bed, candy wrappers, dead battery. Not sure if the bulbs were burned out or lamps not working but about half the lighting was useless. I plugged my phone into the outlet on nightstand lamp to charge, found out that outlet doesnt work when by chance I woke up at regular time, my phone was dead. I would stay here again solely for the fact there are smoking rooms available and s cracker barrel in the parking lot

Overall a nice hotel in a small town
I was not expecting the hotel to be great, based on it's location in a small town. Check-In went really fast and the desk person was very courteous. The hotel has separate buildings and I was assigned a room in a building that was not part of the main hotel. It reminded me a lot of the old motels where you park in front of your room door. The room was clean and in very good condition; I was pleasantly surprised to see that it had a mini fridge. The bed was pretty comfortable and worked fine for a night, especially after having driven most of the day.

The hotel staff at the Quality Inn was very pleasant. When making the reservation I was NOT told that the room is a Smoking room. There were no other rooms available in this hotel or anything available nearby. We had a commitment and could not leave. Therefore we had to stay in the smoking room which was not pleasant. The staff was very nice. The rooms left a lot to be desired. The carpet was very dirty. The beds were clean and the bathroom was clean. But the room overall needed a thorough cleaning. The TV was in bad shape as well.

The floor had red spots on the carpet like it wasn;t cleaned. The samples of shampoo ect. they just had conditioner not any other.

One of the nastiest hotels I have ever stayed in.
It wasn't very clean, run down, and smelled like smoke and mildew. Luckily I take Clorox wipes with me when I travel, so I could sanitize m and have my own pillow. Renamed it the Lowest Quality Inn!

The young lady that checked us in was very nice. The one who checked us out-not so much. She was cleaning something in the kitchen and I had to interrupt her so I could leave my keys and get a receipt. The room was okay but I felt like it was overpriced.

It took the room 24 hours to get cool. Killed a roach in the room as soon as we walked in. The free breakfast we skipped because it was cereal, waffles, and bread items, no proteins and I wasn't sure if there were roaches in the kitchen. The pool looked nice but we didn't have time to swim.

Had some concerns during check in; lobby smelled like stale smoke. Get to our room and note that the door looked as though it had been subjected to a few police raids and the locks were a little loose. Upon entering the room we were greeted by a strong odor of stale cigarette smoke. The room and bathroom were very dated. The linens were itchy and the mattresses were worn out. I noted that there was dust and smudges on the lamp and night stand; something that would have been easily cleaned by a housekeeper. There were also random hairs behind the mattress on the boxspring. Pretty gross. I would have left and asked for a refund but our traveling companions were unwilling to do so. On a positive note, the free breakfast offers poorly made coffee and a decent offering of breakfast items.

It's an older hotel. It has been cared for, but it is showing its age. The room were clean, but they were dated and the bed felt very old and or cheap. Truckers apparently do over night stays there frequently, but the sound of an army of 18 wheelers firing up at 5am was not expected.

The staff was really nice and the beds were really comfortable! Smelled pretty decent for a pet friendly place, but that someone had smoked in a non-smoking room.

Walls and ceiling need touch up paint
Not any with in walking distance to downtown. Very noisy by freeway. Nine trucks parked in back left early 4 a.m. noise woke me up. But they need to vacuum behind side bed tables. Also, use another cleaner for tables, tv and mirrors all had smudge wipes. We appreciate the maid service in making bed with clean crispy sheets and plenty of towels.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Bathrooms need updating, but they were very clean. Quiet atmosphere. I'd definitely stay again - affordable for showering and sleeping.

Carpet needs a good shampoo.
There was a strong urine smell in the bathroom, even though the floor appeared to be clean. The odor was also strong in the dressing area, which is carpeted. The carpet in that area looked quite dirty, so the smell was probably from there. All the carpet could use a shampoo job, which probably would take care of the odor. The beds were quite comfortable, air conditioning worked just fine as did TV and wi-fi. Breakfast selection was rather limited, but not bad. Location is excellent for doing things in and around the town and access to Interstate.
