Good Afternoon,We are so glad that you decided to stay with the Bluebird Hotel in Lake Placid, NY! It is unfortunate to hear that your experience was not as pleasant as we would like it to be. We had a sold out weekend with a Hockey group which may have led to the excessive noise. We do have Quiet Hours from 10PM to 7AM and try our best to implement these hours for all guests.
