“Fantastic”

I don't normal write review for a motel but for this one. The quality is better than the price asking for. Go to this motel if you are planning a vacation at Tahoe.

“Good value choice”

Quite unexpected for the price that I paid. Pleasantly surprised! Breakfast was breads, waffles, bagels, juice, coffee, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, and even cup of noodles. Room was comfortable and did not notice any excessive noise. That is despite garbage pick up which seemed to be around 5:30 in the morning. Room was in decent condition.

“Nice Stay!”

We had a nice stay at the Best Tahoe West Inn. The staff was friendly, the hotel kept up nicely & was conveniently located close to everything we wanted or needed.

“Pleasant stay and excellent value”

Spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff and the "soundless" electric wall heaters are a blessing! In overall a pleasant stay and an excellent value motel that is hard to find in Tahoe.

One of the nice budget hotels close to Lake Tahoe Blvd, Shopping Center, Heavenly Gandola and Harrahs/Harveys ... Recommend for anyone looking for Budget Hotel ...

“Got what we wanted”

We weren't looking for a four star, just a place to sleep, have free breakfast and a soak in a hot tub after a day of skiing. We got it all! No complaints.

“great value, good location”

Room is clean, comfortable enough, get the third floor if you want complete peace and quiet, upstairs above, were charging around the room, in the late afternoon, and then at 5am to leave... overall it was fine, the value is excellent, off main drag, very attentive staff...no real complaints.

“Nice place and staff.”

The staff is very nice, they go out of the way to make you feel wanted. Our room was very clean and the queen beds were comfortable. My suggestion for this motel is to have a clock radio and a hair dryer in the bathroom. They have hair dryers available to check out in the front office, but having one in the bathroom would be much better. They also have free Wi-Fi which is very nice. My friend has a timeshare at Wyndham World Mark and they charge $4.95 per day. The property is close to HWY 50 Stateline Casinos and the Heavenly Valley gondola. I would definite stay here again.

“ok motel for the night or two”

its an ok hotel, not a romantic one by any means but it serves your purpose. the continental breakfast is a plus. If you like to sleep in good luck because there are alot woodpeckers that start pecking in the morning on the side of the wall and i know this because we switched our room then the next room had a woodpecker too.

“Overall good value”

The staff was great and even recommended calling in for cheaper reservations than booking online. This hotel was on the older side and still uses regular keys. Breakfast was typical. There were structure noises from our neighbors above. Though it was brief, I'd hate to find out what it's like if you have rowdy neighbors. Another thing that bothered me later was after using the bathroom, the toilet water wouldn't stabilize for way longer than normal. I thought about getting back up to close the door, but I was too tired. Overall, it was a good value and experience. I would recommend it if you want a cheap stay.
