Location: Rent kayak, boats or jet skies. Go to the beach.
Easy to find, very kind staff, free access to sauna and jacuzzi. The only critique is the noise from adjacent rooms.

Close to concert venue

Posted Aug 17, 2014
Pros: Staff is friendly. Location convenient.
Cons: Everything in the room from ceiling to floor is older and shabby.
Location: Beach access is provided with your stay and the beach is close walking distance. Harvey's outdoor amphitheater is a few minutes walk.
Walking distance to concert venue. Staff were very friendly and the price can't be beat. The place is pretty run down and sorely in need of some updates.

Average Room for an older hotel

Posted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: The location was great if you want to stay in Stateline and walk to the casinos. I liked the fact they have their own be beach.
Cons: The beds need a upgrade, pillow top to be move comfortable. The parking needs to be improved as well do not let boats in where cars park.
Location: One good block from the casinos to the Nevada side and two blocks to the ski resorts. Lots of local shops and things to do.
The location was perfect for my needs. It is a block away from the Harvey's ampatheater so we were able to leave our car and walk. the problem we were afraid that if we moved the car we would have no place to park as the lot is so small. They let someone park a boat in the lot and it was super hard to move around. The room was an average room for an older hotel. It was clean, the beds are ok, not pillow top so nothing special. There is no air-conditioning but being in Tahoe a fan worked. The sliding door did not fit real tight so I don't know I would want to stay in the winter. The free continental breakfast was in the other building and there is no place to sit indoor to eat it. That would be ok on the nice day that it was but if it was chilly or during the winter there would be no place to eat.

Pros: Close to the beach
This is the second time we stayed here, first time was okay ,second time is just disappointing: right side of the bed has a hole underneath, when you lie on it feel like u gonna fall on the floor; there's a fridge and microwave in the room, they are super dirty( ash mix with water in the fridge) and not working( if it's not working why you put them there?); towels are not soft at all( bring your own towel if you wanna stay here); super loud in the early morning. We will not come back again and I personally won't recommend this place to my friends.

Pros: not much. Very inconvenient parking.
Cons: Install an elevator and improve parking. Also, clean the rooms daily, not just "wipe it down".
Location: South lake tahoe on pine St. I was told it was easy walking to casinos and lake. However, it was too for us to walk. Too much noise from neighbors.
The beds were saggy; the sheets were not changed - just pillows fluffed, the coffee maker was dirty (grounds left in); floor not vacuumed from previous visitor leaving food on floor; no wash cloths available. will never stay here again. I felt "grungy" the entire time I was there because it didn't feel clean.
