Better than expected for price.

Cons: Upgrade the TV and lighting.
Location: Close to both the casinos and the beach.
Room was quite clean and loved the tub. Very quiet room with balcony.

Pros: Location and helpful accommodating staff
Cons: Cleanliness, more parking spots and breakfast in a separate area than the lobby!
Location: Harvey's, Harrah's and Heavenly village
With in walking distance to the casinos. In the morning breakfast was very crowded. They need another room to hold the breakfast. The food buffet is in the lobby. Behind beds and nightstands is not clean, they need to vacuum. We stayed 2 nights and our sheets were not changed. But the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was decent for the price. Loved the balcony and walking distance.

Close to everything. The hotel is a bit old, but is being updated (new bedding, tiles in the bathroom, tv). Breakfast was included and included waffles, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, o.j., coffee, and milk.

Good experience. I loved the location and the staff was beyond wonderful! The breakfast was really good and loved the fact that it was very clean. The rooms were outdated, but not bad for the price you pay. The wifi was fast and cable was a plus! I would recommend to a friend.

Pros: Lo mejor que tiene es su ubicación dentro del pueblo, tanto para verano como en invierno.
Es cómodo, los desayunos son muy básicos y lo mismo todos los días.

Kindness

Pros: Kindness & a real effort to help you in any way they can.
Cons: This motel is currently in a repair/refurbishment period, so they are trying to upgrade their motel so everyone who stays here will be comfortable.
Location: This is in the casino area, so the casino's are within walking distance, the lake is within two blocks, & there are plenty of shops, shows, etc..
We have stayed here before, & stayed again because of the kindness of the entire staff. They are so nice that they make you feel good, like a good friend. They gave me an upgrade for free, they spend time talking to me & helping us in any way they can. I will not want to leave because I'm sure we will miss their kindness & friendliness. The exterior of the motel is partially under construction to repair dry rot, & the interiors of some of the rooms are also being improved, & with a limited staff. The work being done looks nice, & the staff would surely appreciate everyone's understanding during this period of work & improvements. I'm sure we will stay here again.

Lake Tahoe visit

Horrible experience!!

Horrible experience. Room was too cold. The heater was too old and definitely needs to be replaced. The bed rails were bigger than the mattress. I hurt my legs while moving out of the bed. The last and the worst thing was the breakfast. It made me sick. Never going back to this hotel.
