Don't stay there.

Here's the deal...the couple that runs it were nice, that's about it. Online it shows they have a pool- it's cracked and empty. The showers tiny. You can hear your neighbors through the walls. At night a blaring light shines through the door- it kept us awake. Don't waste your time. Spend a little more money and get a nicer room. We did.

Very Deceptive

Posted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: Clean room
Cons: Filling the pool with water, replacing bathroom fan, trim the carpet. Updating the furniture as it is old and scared. Smoking area by street.
Location: Good location, passes to the beach. Near casinos.
The word "pool" should not be listed if not in working condition. ( hasn't been in a LONG time) Some remodeling done, but carpet old, worn. Bathroom fan very noisey. Non-refundable payment or would have gone somewhere else due to pool, etc. Staff was nice, was clean. Our room was "no smoking" but ashtray cans outside our door, so smokers were within 2' of our door at all hours.

Cheap and clean

Posted Jul 16, 2014
Pros: It was fairly clean and air conditioned.
Cons: Decorate. Repair drawers. Broken baseboard tile in the bathroom. Pretty clean, shower curtain was dirty.
Location: Good location close to shopping, stateline attractions and entertainment.
If you want a nicely decorated place or lots of amenities this is NOT the place. I needed a cheap room with air conditioning, just a clean place to sleep and shower after spending the day hiking or hanging at the beach and Camp Richardson reunion. It COULD be a lot nicer if they redecorated a little (coordinate the bed spreads, carpet, window covering and "art") and fixed the bad repair jobs on the walls where they moved windows or modified the room, as well as the broken tile baseboard in the bath. The paint looked pretty fresh but it was stark white and gloss all throughout, even the popcorn ceiling. At least most of the time we were there we were asleep.

Good for the price.

Posted Jul 6, 2014
It's a clean bed and a clean room. The building is old and a little outdated, but that's the case with most hotels in that area at that price. The rooms aren't soundproof. You will be able to hear conversation outside or in the other room. This can get annoying since it's in a party town, but let's be honest, if youre in Tahoe you're probably not trying to get to bed too early anyways. They had a nice tv, a microwave and mini fridge for convenience. All in all, its a good value for the price I paid

Pros: PRICE AND NEW
Cons: THE BEDDING
Location: EXCELLENT AND THE PRIVATE BEACH WAS GREAT
It was just perfect for our needs. It had a everything close by. It was new and clean. The only thing that was a bit old looking was the inside of the bed cover but I am very picky so must other people probably would not have noticed. For the price it was Excellent.

Tahoe on a budget

Posted May 25, 2014
Pros: Close to the casinos, shopping, and beach.
Cons: Better lighting.
Location: It's about 2 blocks from food, shopping, casinos, and the beach.
The room was bigger than I thought it would be, and the bed was very comfortable.

Adequate

Posted May 13, 2014
Pros: room was clean and large
Cons: new carpet
Location: Tahoe at Stateline
Room was large, bed was good, carpet old and worn, bath fan very loud, but overall comfortable and a reasonable price for Tahoe
