“Very Nice Tahoe Hotel”

This hotel was much nicer than I expected considering the affordable price. The room was very clean, spacious and cozy. The bathroom had a separate vanity area, toilet area and shower area. Some of the best features were the marble shower with high pressure shower head, full length mirrors in the vanity area, and spectacular views. I could see the lake and the mountains which was just beautiful! I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's proximity to all the action - casinos, food, and night life. What a great stay. The only thing I can even think to say wasn't nice was the small t.v. in the room. It was a very old tube style t.v and was about 19 inches but who stays in the room and watches t.v. in a Tahoe hotel anyway? I will definitely be back.

“They aimed to please.”

I booked a deluxe room with the understanding it was the larger room. I notice now, the web page separates the categories into, "Tahoe & Classic." I don't know if this is a recent change in their sight, but the rooms are like night and day. When we entered the deluxe room, the colors were dark and depressing. If you like black and grey carpeting and dark red walls, this room is for you. We appealed to the front desk and they moved us to a "Tahoe" room which was heavenly. Comfy beds and different pillow firmness. Very clean room and friendly staff. Pool water was warm, jacuzzi around 102. If you want comfort with class, be sure to book the TAHOE room. The best room in the house!

“Very nice hotel”

We arrived at Harvey's at 10:30 PM after a long drive. Check-in was extremely fast. The room was nicely decorated and modern. Most importantly, the room was very clean. We ordered room service for breakfast both days and the service and food were very good. We hung out in the rooftop swimming pool and hot tub and enjoyed the nice views of the mountains. We tried 19 Kitchen Bar on the 19th floor of Harvey's. The food and services were also very good. Check-out was extremely fast as well. We will definitely stay there again.

“Will return!”

This was our first visit to Tahoe...when we checked in, they upgraded us to a room with a great view of the lake. Awesome! The staff was very accomadating on every level. Fast room service and great valet! Short walk to the gondola and shops.

“Only book using a hotel price engine.”

he first time at check in I was told the following: 1. there were no more rooms 2. there was one room left but it was small 3. It would cost me ten dollars more to purchase the room in person than on expedia.. I stepped out of the lobby and booked the room on expedia using my iphone. (The expedia price was less than half of their own "guaranteed" website price. When I returned I was told the following: 1. My reservation was ready. 2. My room would not have a view. When I got to the room it was large, nice and had a spectacular view.

“Good Night's Sleep”

We had requested a room as far away from the elevators as possible and the front desk accomodated us as best they could. We were really surprised how quiet our room was as we were told the hotel was completely booked up and there were multiple weddings planned in their chapels. This was one of the most quiet nights we have spent in a hotel and would definitely recommend this to anyone who is travelling to South Lake Tahoe. Also, our room was very clean and the amenities were sufficient. The only thing to make the room better would have been a coffee maker and coffee in the room, along with a small fridge. Other than that we were completely satisfied with our stay.

“Great Hotel and Casino”

We went to Lake Tahoe for our daughter's wedding. Our hotel room was very nice as was the entire hotel and casino. Our daughter and her new husband were married in the hotel wedding chapel on Wednesday, April 12. The ceremony as well as the chapel was beautiful. We'd love to return some day.
