Clean historical hotel in center of area. Gave us free spacious upgrade with great view of Lake Tahoe and mountain. With beautiful weather was very enjoyable.

It's a bit worse for the wear.

Posted Jul 25, 2015
Pros: It is centrally located with easy access to food and shops.
Cons: Update the room and monitor very loud rooms.
The room was older and worn looking. The bed was a king and not comfortable. We have stayed and had better accommodations so maybe we were in an old section? The walls were thin and of course we were right next to a room full of screaming kids whose parents left them on their own. Staff did ask them to keep the noise level down once, but it did no good.

Rock platform

Posted Jul 24, 2015
Pros: Close to concert venue
Cons: A decent mattress
Location: Everything is close by.
All was OK, until we hit the bed after the concert expecting a good night sleep before heading back to Sacramento., the bed was atrocious! You use a hotel room primarily to sleep and the bed was a load of warped 2 x 4's with sheets over them (well thats what it flet like). Horrible, will never stay here again. Ever.

No intention to provide service

Posted Jul 22, 2015
Went for My wedding night and booked a room on the lake tower, my window looked at AC units. No other options offered. Walked out to another hotel. Will never stay at this place ever.

Room at harveys

Posted Jul 20, 2015
Our original room on the 4th floor was a total dump & disappointment. We had to pay an extra $20 to get moved up to the 9th floor. The original price of the room was $169 /night.we felt that was pretty steep & were very disappointed to see our view was of the roof. We had made a reservation a month prior & would have appreciated being told what we were or or in our case were not getting.
