    “Beautiful setting”

We got a great deal on the room, and we enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the surrounding area. Fall colors were amazing! The service was great, and we really enjoyed the casual dining / lounge area with its multiple TVs and great food. We were there for the 2011 World Series, and got to watch the series while keeping tabs on the Monday night football game, too! Everyone was very friendly. For fine dining, we ate across the street at the Lone Eagle Grill while watching a magnificent sunset over Lake Tahoe. The food was very good, and their sunset dinner special was a great bargain -- a 3 course meal for $40. We would go back again...

    Area recommendations
I would recommend the local hiking. There are wonderful trails everywhere. We liked Spooner Lake State Park for an easy hike. This area is great for people who like outdoor adventures -- cycling, hiking, skiing, boating, etc. Also, for those who want to try their luck, there is gambling at the hotel, near the stateline, and also in South Lake Tahoe.

    “Hyatt Lake Tahoe”

Great Hotel in a beautiful location. Make sure you joing the Hyatt Rewards program. They upgraded our room to the club floor at no extra charge and that was a really nice perk. Pool area is small but really nice. They have a private beach with their own peir and jet ski, boat, kayak rentals. Decent work out room. Everything you need but it's lacking a little. It's a casino, but that part of it is not overwhealming. Room was nice with a nice view, service was excellent on all levels. It's a nice set up for a Tahoe vacation.

    Area recommendations
If you have never been to the Tahoe area, the North Shore is more low key and family oriented while the South Shore is more known for the Casinos and night life. Both sides have gaming and nice beaches, but the North side is more relaxing. The Hyatt is located in Incline Village on the Nevada side and there is a beautiful beach that is there as well as a great state beach close by called Sand Harbor.

“Best Hotel in North Lake Tahoe”

The service at this hotel is excellent! Special thanks to the night manager Tyler. The scenery at Lake Tahoe is gorgeous! The beach is a short walk across the street but once you get there it is beautiful and all the amenities are there - water sports, cabanas, volleyball, fire pit, restaurants and bars. Cabins are right on the beach. The hotel also has a pool and hot tub. Great place for kids. If I go back to Lake Tahoe, I would definetly stay there again.

    “Cozy "home" feeling”

We thoughly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The only complaint we had was that it was extremely warm in the room. The air/heating system is old and it was on a controlled timer. The restaurants were good and the hotel employees were excellent. They were very enthusiastic and went out of their way to see that our stay was memorable. They also thanked us for our business.

    Area recommendations
We like Lake Tahoe in general. We have now stayed in both South and North Lake Tahoe. They are very different, but we enjoyed them both. There is a lot more action in South Lake Tahoe. North Lake Tahoe is more laid back.

“Classy yet appropriate even for a young family”

he room was nice, service was very good albeit a little slow at first but really shined thereafter. Our 10 month old daughter threw up while we were having dinner at their very nice Eagle Grill restaurant and the staff were smooth and attentive in helping us handle the mess. One quibble, they do need to upgrade the coffee for my tastes (a little too weak) - particularly at the "starbucks" like shop near the lobby and also in the restaurants. Overall, it was a very nice resort-like hotel and we would definitely stay again!

    “Hotel in beautiful setting”

Hotel was set in the beautiful Incline Village. We visited in early March and the weather was mild and sunny. Perfect for snowboarding at the nearby Diamond Peak. We received good service from this hotel and have no complains at all. The market/coffee shop is good for quick and cheap breakfast. There are other restaurants on site with good decent food. This hotel is very friendly towards kids with heated pool all year around and a game room. Incline Village has other close by restaurants that is a short drive away.

    Area recommendations
Diamond Peak, perfect if you have kids. Resort is small and cozy. You feel confident leaving your child with the school due to small size. Group lessons are small and get good attention from instructors.

“Good experience but take a higher floor room.”

initially we were placed at a low floor room which had a view to the heaters and we requested a change so they moved to to a higher floor which provided decent view to the mountains and the pool. one advice, don't stay on any floor lower than the 5th.
