“It's a nice resort.”

The room is nice and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances, cookware, and serving ware. The only inconvenient part is the parking. The self-parking area is blocked for construction, so all vehicles are subjected to valet parking. Compare to most of the hotel in this area that offers free parking, $16 parking fee per day is kinda expensive. Overall, the hotel itself is as good as it looks like on the web.

“Extra charges”

Very nice hotel but all the extra charges. The extra charge for parking and internet should be included in room price. My party was not pleased with the extra charges. Plus the room we were in had mold in shower and for the price being charged the bathrooms should be cleaner.

“Definitely won't go back t this hotel!”

They said check-in was 4 pm which was already terrible. We came back at 3:30 pm hoping we can already check-in after a long drive and they said we can come in at 5 pm. Most horrible experience. I slept in the lobby couch looking at other guests checking-in on time. Parking sucks because you have to walk across a busy intersection to get to the multi-level parking about a quarter mile away AND THEY CHARGE $16 a day for the parking inconvenience. Housekeeping will only come to you room if you are staying for 5 days. Why can't people check-in at 4pm or earlier when the check-out time is so early at 10 am. They were so fast when you're checking out but so slow when you're checking in. Maybe they just wanted people to stay in the lobby to sell their time share. It sucks!!!!!!!!!!!

“Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort”

The room is amazing, spacious, quiet, and clean. There are tons of different lights in your rooms. Refrig, microwave... laundry seems to be free... There is no lake view, as I was told by the front desk, and check-out is 10am with late-check out no later than 11am. That being said, my whole family enjoyed our one night stay, and had some fun activities at the nearby beach. We should have had dinner at the hotel restaurant, instead of going to the next door grill. Some people grilled in the courtyard where everything is so readily available. The indoor swimming pool connected to the outdoor pool so naturally, lots of kids had wonderful time there while their parents getting themselves tanned. The parking lot is a bit too small, but I got lucky after two rounds of cruising. This might be another reason why the parking lot is so quiet in the evening, as nobody dared to leave.

“Limited paid parking”

The hotel was okay, but the parking was not. The hotel charge a mandatory parking fee each day, but they have limited space of parking. Most of the time, we found ourselves waiting for about 30 min. to an hour for our car to be parked. On the other hand, the hotel, its features, service, and et cetera were not so great, not so bad, it's okay. Not the best, but it is somewhere you can rest. The only great thing about this hotel is the location. It is near the Tahoe Queen cruise, restaurants, and other shops. It is also far from the casinos, and the city-like athmosphere, which I think is good, because me, and my family went there to appreciate Lake Tahoe's natural environment. Overall, I give it a 3 out of 5 rating.

“Good Experience”

I stayed there one time before. It is very comfortable. I had requested room with Balcony which I didn't get but I did get the lakeside view.

“Good hotel with very poor service”

A hotel can be very good but if you have poor service you don't have a good stay. This is the case with this particular hotel. The building and rooms are very good. But the service is very very subpar.

“Nice place...”

I booked 'deluxe' room which is a remodelled room. Very nice...small , but nice with kitchenette. Problem was stove and blow dryer wouldnt work on first day. Also, nobody told me there was no maid service until you stay more than 3 nights. Also, watch out for the timeshare sell...they find you. But overall, I loved my room itself!

“This is a lovely resort and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and location!”

The resort is very well kept and quite nice. The staff gave us a warm welcome and they have a large staff for the size of this resort. The room was stunning with a fully equiped kitchen and a jetted bath tub. The size of the one bedroom was great and a nice patio door to go out onto the patio. We could have brought our own groceries and been totally fine with all of the appliances that came in the kitchen as well as all the utensils and dishes. The decor is very tastful and warm. They had a full calander of activities for the children and a nice game room. The pool goes from inside to outside and very clean with a hot tub outside as well as inside. We couldn't have asked for better! The only thing I was taken back by is that the check in isn't until 4pm and the check out is 10am, which is way to early.

“Won't go back again.”

Check-in service fm front desk was pretty slow. The time (4pm) to get into the room was not accurate. When we arrived at the room, the staff was still doing the bed. Parking is terriable, though we got charged for the parking fee every day.

We regret that your initial experience didn't meet your expectations or ours. During times of high occupancy, check-in can be slightly delayed although traditionally rooms are ready at 4pm or earlier. Parking can also be impacted by occupancy and building work although our valet does their best to move cars as quickly as possible. We appreciate you taking the time to post your experience here as your concerns are our concerns.
