Lake Tahoe Vacation Resort

Excellent location next to the lake. The Deluxe studio with small kitchen was well decorated, furnished and comfortable. We were very pleased with the room. The only negative factor is that there is no on site parking and we had to pay $17.00 per day to park across the street.

We only stayed there for none night, it was our first time staying there. Loved how the hotel was right next to the marina, beautiful scenery. But what I didn't like was the check out time was at 10:30.

16$ for parking even they had free places. Like 5 minutes of walking inside hotel to reach the room. I dont like staff it was kinda rude in my opinion. The horrible smell around room made me think that someone died. No breakfast no free wifi, nothing else i to make my wish to go there again.

Enjoy the location and it being in the center of South Lake Tahoe. We were able to walk to the lake and also the casion's and shops. I would stay again.

Arriving at 4 pm check-in time, the parking area was a zoo, no bell hops in sight. Then the front desk staff demonstrated a need for more "customer-facing" training, the clerk was rude when there was confusion as to the reservation, which was surprising as the manager was standing nearby. The manager did solve the problem. Appears to only have been this one clerk, as other interactions with front desk staff were pleasant, but one bad apple ... After checking in, was required to talk to the timeshare person, who had a hard sell approach, and didn't relent even after being told I had no interest in buying since I already own a timeshare in Tahoe area. So the first impressions were very negative. Once settled into the room, no complaints (we spent 3 nights). But next time, will stay elsewhere.

Resort is partly under construction for next year so so, and thus partly explained great deal on studio room. Also quite a hard sales pitch for timeshares, which is business model for this resort. Unexpected fee for parking ($15 per day). All said, lovely spot and nice stopover.

Good but not amazing. They try to up-sell you stuff and the parking garage is across the street which was not that convenient. Also $15/day parking fee was kind of annoying. But the rooms were clean, the kitchen was very convenient plates and silverware included. I'd stay there again.

the room was very nice for a great price. the staff was always in a friendly, helpful mood.
