Pros: Loved the kitchenette and size of the room. The high ceilings were a nice bonus! The staff was very polite as well.
Cons: Check-in time was a bit late - we were coming in from another hotel with a check out time of 11 am, and check-in time at this hotel was 4 pm.
Location: Lots of dining, Heavenly resort was right down the street. Cute places to shop, and lots of options for food.
Booked a last minute mini vacation in the off-season. Easily one of the best hotels I've stayed in for the price. The room had a kitchenette with utensils and cooking supplies, making it easy to cook dinner/lunch in the room. Overall, the accommodations were more than expected, and we would definitely stay here again.

Location: near everything and lake at the back...walking distance
My kids enjoyed your Pool game but unable to use the swimming pool...just not enough time.

There was a scary fire alarm drill around 8:30am, unannounced, and that was the only blemish in an otherwise lovely stay. The furnishings were beautiful.

From the moment we arrived everyone was so kind and helpful. We were unfamiliar with the whole area and everyone of the staff encouraged us to see certain places that they themselves enjoyed soooo that's exactly what we did! We enjoyed the cafe at the resort .....the food was excellent.

I booked through Expedia for a 3 night stay for a mini-vacation for my daughter and I. Upon check-in I discovered that because I was not a time-share customer, I would be given less "priority" in terms of room choices and facilities use. I didn't enjoy being treated like a 2nd class customer. The facility has a nice indoor/outdoor pool, but it is so over chlorinated that just being in the pool room burned my eyes from the vapors. The lounge area is nice, but good luck getting use of the pool table If you are not a timeshare customer. The other game tables (Foosball, Air Hockey) were broken when we went to use them.

Pros: The accommodations were outstanding
Location: The casinos are near. It's a few blocks from heavenly. Nice walk to the beach
Arrived late at nite, everything was ready, the staff was friendly. We stayed two nights, enjoyed the hot tubs and the pool.

Pros: The room we given was small but clean and comfortable. The room had amenities such as convenient outlets, night lights, a ceiling fan and more.
Cons: The attitude and truthfulness of the line desk personnel. Better parking, we had to park across the street at their overflow area
Location: This resort was conveniently located next to the harbor and shops.
We arrived at approx. 2:00 pm and to our surprise the room was not ready. The front office said the room would be ready at 4:00 pm and we gave them our phone number to call us when the room became available. 30 minutes later we realized the # we gave them was out of power. Upon returning to update our number we were told that another room was available. We appreciated the accommodations and went to the room. The view from our new room was that of the garbage storage area. This was unacceptable. Upon returning they told us they that they were booked and wouldn't change our room. My wife asked to talk to the Manager and a man came and told us that he was the front office manager, which we found out later he was only an assistant. He told us there was no other room available and he would refund our money if we not happy with the accommodations. We asked to speak with his boss and he told us that there was no one available. My wife asked for the original room and he said it was not available until 4:00 pm. We said that we will wait. While we were waiting my wife went to the room that they told us would be ours and found out it was now ready. They never called us so we went back to the desk. A very nice lady who identified herself as the front office manager (as per her name tag) said the room was not ready but she would call the house keeper and found out that the room was ready. She proceeded to check us in. We did not appreciate the unprofessional manner of the line staff.
