Great price, location for a one-night stay

Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: Location, accommodations, pool
Cons: More handicap friendly features in Casino
Location: Lake is close by, restaurants on premise as well as within 5 minutes of driving.
Was very pleased with the accommodations for my one-night stay at Lake Tahoe. We requested a handicap room which we got and it had a HUGE bathroom which was nice. Bed was bit too high for a handicap needs person, luckily I brought a ramp so we utilized that to access the bed. The hotel could use some handicap doors as it was really tough maneuvering a wheel chair to get into the Casino and bathrooms there. Otherwise the stay was very pleasant.

Stay somewhere else

Posted Jun 23, 2015
Room smelled like BO, sheets had something stuck to them. Housekeeping did not replenish coffee or leave cups for the next day. Carpets filthy. Bathroom was clean. No refrigerator, for the price would have expected one. When heater was turned on it smelled like something was burning. On the upside, the hotel restaurant had great food and prices were very reasonable.

Upgrade Needed

Judging by the outside I probably wouldn't have stayed. In need on a major remodel. Rooms are very small but clean and comfortable.

Pros: It was an "older" type hotel.
Cons: n/a
Location: There were lots to do. It was in Lake Tahoe so many things to do & see.
We had a good experience. It was the 1st time we stayed at that hotel. Casino was fun, food was good and personnel was helpful.
