The trip was fantastic. Cant wait to get back. Food, was to die for. 1 pound ny steak dinners $9.99 breakfast $3.99 just like the old days in Las Vegas.

From check-in to check-out everything went smooth. We were upgraded to a newly remodeled suite that had wonderful views and amenities.

The staff including the higher-ups were indignant, condescending, and unwilling to make anything up to us. So we cut our stay short and went across the street to the hard rock. Montbleu is nice to visit, but I'll never stay there again.

Pros: food in coffee was quite good
Cons: Rooms need a lot of work overpriced for what we got
Room showed a lot of wear and tear, drippy faucet in tub area tub wouldn't drain after shower told front desk about problem was told they would fix problem next day after shower same thing took 45 mins for tub to drain again also got to enjoy sound effects of rotary hammer from reno crew working on floor above us.

Hotel was clean and comfy, very friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub. Few cosmetic bits worn but under renovation and was a lot lot better than trip advisor has us expecting! Great value meal and drinks deals in casino. Good location for gondola to ski. Lots of parking. Would stay again and recommend.

I walked down the hall to my room and noticed it still had Caesars palace decor with old ugly wall paper, in my room the beds were comfortable but the tv is really old from the 1990s and is 13 inchs big it had no privacy since the bathroom and the shower had no door. It was a terrible experience the circus circus in reno was nicer and that place sucks

Location: I little far to walk in ski boots to gondola.
Spots on the carpet, and furniture. Not sure what was clean? I spent time here over 30yrs ago and nothing in the rooms has changed. Will not go back!

Pros: I requested for additional towels which were delivered in like 5 minutes - so great service. Closer to Heavenly Mountain Resort/ Gandola ride.
Cons: At least provide a coffee maker in the room and make sure the bath tubs are clean.
Location: Closer to Heavenly Mountain Resort/ Gandola ride so you can go for skiing or ice skating.
I don't know if the receptionist gave me this room because I booked this thru Expedia or all rooms are similar. (I got this room thru Expedia for $152 per night + $18 resort fee per night = $170 per night) 1. My room did not have a coffee maker. 2. The heater/ air conditioner was not effective at all. 3. The whirlpool bath tub looked clean but the moment I turned on the whirlpool, the water became dirty; hair started coming out of the nozzles, the tub curtain appeared to be 100 years old, etc... 4. The picture frame on the wall was broken...
