Tavern 6330 - Featuring an American grill inspired by California farm fresh ingredients and a cozy, tavern-esque atmosphere suitable for the whole family.

Petra - a fresh new wine bar and Mediterranean tapas concept.

Rubicon Pizza - Family-style atmosphere. Italian pasta dishes, hand-tossed pizza, gourmet salads, sandwiches, and appetizers. Open daily for lunch and dinner.

The Lodge at Big Springs - Mid-mountain stop for breakfast and lunch. Pizza, burgers, salads, Mexican food, and ribs. Coffee bar. Bars on main and upper levels. Open in winter.

Summit Deck & Grill - Atop Mt. Pluto (8,610 feet) with Lake Tahoe views. Grilled foods, prime rib, wraps, tacos, soups, chili, stir-fries, and a full bar. Open in winter.

Featuring three pools and three spas, an expansive recreation complex supplies year-round pleasure. A 90-foot lap pool remains open all year, but is adults-only in summer, when another large pool and a children's pool open for families. One spa holds 50 people, with two smaller spas reserved for adults. A playground is part of an extensive, supervised summer children's activities program.

In summer, the resort provides an 18-hole championship golf course, 10 tennis courts, a volleyball court, a trout-stocked fly-fishing lake, and a nature trail. Nearby summer activities include ballooning and mountain climbing, as well as mountain biking and hiking.

In addition to downhill, cross-country, and terrain skiing for adults and children, the resort's winter activities include ice skating, snowshoeing, snowtubing, and snowskating. Ski passes are available.
