Great location close to restaurants and the casino

Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: location
Cons: add coffee maker, tea bags etc as well as offer a microwave.
Location: Great location. close to shopping, casinos, and restaurants.
Only disappointment was there was no coffer maker or microwave in the room. other than that it was very nice and loved the ability to walk to restaurants and the concert venue at Harveys.

Comfortable beds but

Posted Jul 16, 2014
Pros: Clean, comfortable beds, location
Cons: It should include same things like other hotels
Location: Good location, walking distance from casinos, grocery shopping, lake and other restaurants.
It surprised me they charged us a resort fee because this hotel is nothing like a resort. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Location is good, you can walk to the lake, we liked that. We also walked to the casinos, that is nice too. My buts are no fitness center, no breakfast included, lousy wifi. There are a lot of lodges, hotels close to this one that didn't appear online. I guess there are much more options we were not aware of.

Nice place to stay

Posted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Conveinent, recent remodel.
Cons: Get rid of the $12.00 "administrative fee" on top of the room rate. I was disappointed they no longer give out passes to the nearby beach.
Location: Walking distance to casinos, restaraunts, movie theater, beach, etc.
I have stayed numerous times, the hotel was rennovated in recent years and is nice for the price point. The rooms are clean, parking is adequate.

Clean and modern rooms, walk to casinos!

Posted Jul 8, 2014
I was there for one night. Pros: Room was neat Didn't smell strange No hiccups when checking in/out Really comfy king size bed Modern looking room aside from older furniture. Walking distance to EVERYTHING Cons: I thought this hotel was different from Park Tahoe Pine Inn, my maps app showed it as two different hotels so there was a little confusion there initially. Other than that no cons. It may have helped that I stayed there after 4th of July madness.

The mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The rooms are not very sound proof. You could hear the people in the room next to us in the middle of the night and you could hear every footstep and drawer opening from the room above us. Way to much noise to sleep.

Very missleading

Posted Jun 4, 2014
Pros: See above
Cons: See above
Very dissapointed, The hotel name was incorrect, "Park Tahoe Inn" which made it difficult to locate especially after dark. The rooms and public areas photos on your site bore little relationship to the actual place, very misleading!!!! No coffee in the rooms which is a very basic service. The place was pretty run down compared with the photo's, I do not believe it is the same hotel, especially with the name change. At the very least the photo's are from the original hotel build, and are very old. I travel a lot, and have used your site extensively, I expect to be disappointed occasionally when I use site like Craigs list for accommodations, I don't expect it from a company like Expedia. The rate was very excessive for what it turned out to be. I will be looking at alternate sites for my next trip. The staff were polite and as helpful as they could be given the constraints which they had to work with. I'd appreciate your comments W Gray
