Very small
Posted Jan 23, 2013
The room was very small. The bathroom was really really small. And it only had a stand up shower. No tub. The bed was super comfortable. And the front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. I didn't like that they charge a resort fee at the end of your stay. So you think your getting this great deal then at the end they add a $12 a night resort fee. Loved how close it was to the attracions. Right across the street from shops and a movie theater. And about a 10 minute walk to the casinos. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless my first couple of options weren't available. Overall kind of disappointed.

Disappointing but not awful
Posted Jan 6, 2013
Pros: the bed was comfortable
Cons: run-down and mold in and around the shower
Location: right on the main drag, just about two blocks from Stateline and the casinos.
Not as nice or cute and picturesque as the pictures make it seem. The rooms are worn and there is mold in and around the shower. The shower door has no stop and swings all the way inward. The whole place is a little on the run-down side, needing a make-over and update in the rooms. The walls are thin, as is the ceiling (can hear everything from the room upstairs). The bathroom is tiny, even for just one person. Bright side, the bed is very comfortable (one of those foam mattresses?), and it was clean overall (but for the shower mold). The heater works (not always the case in motels/hotels) and the staff is nice. Plenty of convenient parking.

Not what I paid for
Posted Jan 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
When we got their the hot tub was not working plus they added a charge on top of what we had already paid for. We had asked to speak with the manager who never showed. We sat there for 35 minutes waiting for her than was told she would come to our room which she never did.

'Hidden' $16.00 Fee
Posted Jan 22, 2013
Pros: Location
Cons: Hidden Eco fee
Location: Close to Stateline.
Tony at the front desk tried to charge $16 more then the advertised Expedia rate (for cleaning supplies) so I purchased the accommodation in the lobby on my iPhone. The next day at checkout I was charged 16 Eco fee. I didn't agree but paid.

Terrible hotel in a great location
Posted Jan 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
The only thing that this hotel has going for it is the location and pet-friendliness. It's 1block from Heavenly's Gondola, and about 2 blocks from Harvey's / Harrah's for some great nightlife. Unfortunately, it's pretty dirty, and the rooms are very small. Our room had about a month of dust collecting on the furniture, and the towels in the bathroom were pretty musty smelling. There is very little water pressure from the shower, and the bathroom sink had a broken drain plug that caused the sink to fill up unless you pulled it out by hand. They're not really investing much into keeping the place up, despite pretty high (though not unreasonable) nightly rates.

this is literally right across the street from heavenly village, we would walk there. I was looking for a clean place in a goo location without all of the tacky bedding/ old motel feel. this met my expectations. it had a little fridge and a safe. would stay here again.

I book a room for 2 queen beds, but they gave us a room with a king bed. We went back to the front desk ask for 2 queen beds they said room is not clean yet and told us to go to dinner. When we came back from dinner they said they gave our room to somone els. The next day they did not gave us the room that we book till 2:30 p.m.

Rifht across from market food and gondola. No major frills but the bed was awesome (memory foam). Only complaint is there was poor connectivity for the wifi.

Great Price, Great Location, Great Place
Posted Jan 29, 2012 on Hotels.com
I've stayed here a few times and every time haven't had a problem. You can't beat the price, location, or comfort of the rooms. Easy walking distance to the Heavenly Lifts, Movie Theater, Restaurants, Groceries, and just a little bit father some casinos. Never had an issue with bring my two pets and the staff has always been friendly. The one draw back I had was this last time we were there. I am not sure if it was just the room, but this was the first time we were able to hear the next door guest. However, everything was quite by the time I was ready for bed.
