“Decent hotel!”

The Good: Free wifi, tempurpedic bed, free parking, clean rooms, close to harrah's casino and shopping plaza and friendly staff. The Bad: No microwave in room or lobby, no fitness room, and conversation noise outside rooms can be heard.

“Location and Comfort”

Nice relaxing weekend. It is an awesome location with everything in walking distance. Coffee and a walk in the morning and Stateline brewery down the street. The Beds and room decor was really nice, but the bathrooms were small. Good service from the staff in the lobby and WiFi worked great. I would stay again because of the price, comfort, and location.

“Not perfect, but affordable and comfortable”

My wife and I spent two nights at the Park Tahoe Aspen Court. The rates were reasonable, even with an additional "resort fee" tacked on. One reason for the affordability of this motel is its location in a fairly bustling, much-trafficked part of town. The experience offered is not particularly rustic. The proximity to shopping, restaurants, and casinos has some advantages, however. The facility itself is modern and comfortable, with a good TV, a small refrigerator, comfortable beds, a nice shower, and access to WiFi and a clean, attractive swimming pool. The staff seemed friendly and courteous. There were some minuses, however. There were small but annoying maintenance issues. The shower head leaked hot water, and one of the two ice machines was out of order. Also annoying (and strange) was a peculiarity in the layout of the facility. i.e., the motel office is located oddly so that many guests (including us) have a difficult time finding it upon first arriving. A simple instructive sign would reduce the confusion, and the lack of such assistance indicates a troubling indifference on the part of management. Overall, our experience was positive, particularly in light of the relatively low rates that are charged to guests. But the people who run the Park Tahoe Aspen Court could do a bit better in some areas.

“Best feature was the deal, would't have paid more”

Very NOISY, walls are paper thin as well as the drapes, you could see silhouettes of people outside. They apparently, let the buses park right outside the rooms, so if you're not one getting on the bus, you better not plan on sleeping in, and I'm talking about 8am. :(

“'Hidden' $16.00 Fee”

Tony at the front desk tried to charge $16 more then the advertised Expedia rate (for cleaning supplies) so I purchased the accommodation in the lobby on my iPhone. The next day at checkout I was charged 16 Eco fee. I didn't agree but paid.

“It's a Motel”

I don't recommend staying here if you have more than 2 in your party. There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 kids, and it was uncomfortable.

“Disappointing but not awful”

Not as nice or cute and picturesque as the pictures make it seem. The rooms are worn and there is mold in and around the shower. The shower door has no stop and swings all the way inward. The whole place is a little on the run-down side, needing a make-over and update in the rooms. The walls are thin, as is the ceiling (can hear everything from the room upstairs). The bathroom is tiny, even for just one person. Bright side, the bed is very comfortable (one of those foam mattresses?), and it was clean overall (but for the shower mold). The heater works (not always the case in motels/hotels) and the staff is nice. Plenty of convenient parking.
