Need more information prior to staying.

Posted Jul 25, 2015
If you want beach access you need to drive or walk long ways (about 1 mile). Also you will need pass from hotel and pay $12 for each adult and $4 per child over 5, per day. Price is worth it to have access at two different locations - one w/outdoor pool and other w/ nice beach. It would have been nice to know this prior to coming to the hotel or even at checkin. Do not stay at this hotel for their pool but traveling to above locations are great!

Pack earplugs

Posted Jul 20, 2015
There was a high school fast pitch softball team above and around us and they kept us up all night. The sauna and pool were downstairs in what looked like a dungeon. There was one light in the whole area and the pool and sauna were cold. The only good thing was the room had a fan that sounded like a small airplane motor so the second night we cranked it all the way up and it drowned out the noise of 'ol thunder feet upstairs.

Quiet Hotel, little traffic noise

Posted Jul 17, 2015
Pros: Nice room. Great bedding.
Cons: Put more lights in breakfast room and indoor pool area.
Coy room. had 3 windows that opened so enjoyed fresh air. Indoor pool too cold and very dark. Breakfast ok, no waffels though. Breakfast room dark dreary. Nice staff. Provided extra towles. I would stay again. Raleys 9/10 mile away.

close to beach, reasonable parking.

Posted Jul 6, 2015
Pros: see above
Cons: see above
Location: see above
Neg. first: Was supposed to call when my room was ready but did not. Bed is really way to soft and sagged in middle. parking pretty close to each other and awkward Poss: close to beach and walkable. quiet Overall the pictures on the internet are not really representative of the value, although one has to remember it is Incline during the summer high season.

I will return

Posted Jun 9, 2015
Hotel staff is very nice and the memory foam beds are delightful. The breakfast spread has a lot to be desired -- very spartan. I will probably skip it next time because its just some ordinary fruit, cereal, instant oatmeal, coffee and OJ. The location is great, since there's not a lot to choose in Incline Village and price was good (about $90 with taxes). No A/C, but it wasn't needed. The halls and walkways are a bit noisy, but it's all quiet after 10 pm. As the title says, I will return. Thanks!

Website misleading

Posted Jun 4, 2015
Website says access our private beach. Sure, for an additional $32 for my family. And after a very long day in the car and many promises of going to the beach as soon as we get there, it was terrible to not have the beach "really" included. Other area hotels included notations about additional fees or any exclusions. The description made it seem included. On a side note, other important things were good room and bed clean, pool warm, continental breakfast adequate. Although the walls are thin...

Old hotel

Posted Jun 3, 2015
Pros: The bed was comfortable!
Sockets would not hold plugs, no food on site, very old windows with screens that did not close completely. Be prepared for an old hotel.
