“Will go back only only if other hotels are full or way too expensive”

My parents and I went to Tahoe on a busy weekend and most of the rooms from the major hotels were booked up or very very expensive. So I found this motel which was walking distance to the major casinos and can have access to the near by beach with a pass. The staff was helpful. The room smells as we walked in. Sinks and baths caulking were dirty, but offered a warm shower, comfy queen bed and good sleep.

“Cheap stay”

This hotel is very cheap, nothing to stay at. But, you can walk to the lift with your ski boot on. Want a cheap stay and to always be away from the hotel, this is the place.

“never again.....”

“Won't ever book here again.”

I arrived for a late check in and the front desk employee acted if I had disturbed him in some way by being there. The employee lacked any type of professionalism and customer service. As I left the hotel in search of another, I told the employee I was leaving due to his lack of customer service. The employee then proceeded to yell obscenities at me as I walked to my car. Yes, that's right, the employee cursed at me and stared me down as I left the hotel. I can not speak to the accommodations as I did not spend 1 more second at this hotel than I had to.

“Complete Dive”

Complete dive. The bed was not a king like stated. Extremely run down, I didn't want to touch anything. Would not have been able to sleep a wink there. Did not stay the night. Fought to get our money back and had a bit of an argument. Manager would not speak to my husband but only me. Managed to get our money back fortunately. Good location but sooooo not worth it. I didn't realize motels like this existed.
