We do not have any bugs mouse or anything .you stayed in the room more than four housed. you seen sign pool is close when checking you never said anything. we do not run ice machine in the winter and you are lying that mold in the ice machine. we did not find anything and one of guest asked me why he is yelling and i told him. he offer me to inspect room found none of things are true. i do have a witness. you guys were rude. We had guest next day in same room they were very happy.they stayed 2 night.

thank you. i am sorry but you are not telling the truth. we have nice clean room and linen. you did not leave middle of nights you left around 6 am .everything works in the room. not stain on lines and you used all towels and took shower. you check in around 2 pm and i told you if you need anything please let me know. pool area was clean it was not even cold weather. If were not happy than you would check out right away. you should be honest. we did check room after you left and nothing found stain or dirty stain. .
