We arrived to a lovely warm room (thermally heated) which is good in winter. Well set up, comfortable bed and spa bath. View over the lake was what I wanted. We'll appointed. Stepped out of the property onto the lakeside walkway.

Room was very warm due to thermal heat under the foundations, perfect in mid winter a little too warm for late Sept. air con works well. Plumbing quite noisy from rooms close by.

Very happy with the service and the room, thank you. Very clean, modern decoration with everything you need. Great shower pressure too. Only slight negative was that we ordered a cooked breakfast and it arrived almost cold. Otherwise loved it thank you!!

Everything we wanted in an overnight stay accommodation was present with top of the list being a comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. Good quality internet is also important and this was provided.

very clean and tidy just a little run down but not too bad the pool was in need of a big clean but the room and bathroom were very clean bathroom needed a little upgrading - but overall happy to be fair.

Lovely location and great view. Close enough to everything yet far enough away you aren't part of the hustle bustle of the restaurant centre. The jacuzzi was amazing after a long drive and already planning our next trip there!

highly recommended for its location, right next to the waterfront and a small natural hot pool. In-house spa is decent size, bath gel is also provided each day, which is very thoughtful. Although there are some marking remained on the colored bed cover sheet, which should have been washed clean, the overall cleanliness is still very good. The small bottle of milk provided on arrival was off, possibly due to being out of fridge previously ( although it was chilled when given), however this is just a small flaw. Would definitely consider staying again.

Our room was not serviced as our pregnant daughter in law was resting and no one returned to do it. Noisy neighbors at 11pm was not good!! Kids out front playing. Not ideal 😫

Staff rang me 4 days before to have lake front unit instead on level 1 ( Happily Agreed)but, at check in it was ground floor and rear unit unable to see the water at all . As i have paid through Wot if but,still Owner asked how will u pay . Embarrassing...
