The hotel was very convenient located in the center plaza. The staff was generally professional. However, it was disappointing that face towels were not provided at all, not even by request. I had to use the big hand towel to wash my face. I also wished the rooms were not carpeted, as carpets usually trap germs and dirt.

Nice spot on the plaza
Nice hotel in the plaza, good amenities, hot water and comfy beds. Wifi was OK on mobile. Good enough for a night or two.

Our bedsheets had blood and poop stains on them. We asked at the reception to exchange them for clean sheets, however we were told it was not possible as they didnt have any more sheets available. I find it unacceptable in any hotel. Ended up sleeping in my sleeping bag liner which I brought for hiking. Other than this regrettable experience, everything else about this hotel was very good: location, breakfast, amenities etc

Across the hotel is a mass construction, we didn’t really enjoyed the plaza. Otherwise it was a good hotel the staff are helpful, breakfast is a ok. I like the fact that coca tea is always ready. The room was spacious. Amenities are up to par..taxi is a little walk due to construction but the bellman were helpful..

Nice stay
I made a reservation for 3, and they said at the reception that it was for 2 and tried to charged me for an extra person. When I showed them my confirmation for 3 people they agreed with that, so I didn't have to pay and the rest of the check in process was fast. The room was nice, clean and big bathroom. Hotel well located. Staff assisted me in finding transportation to the airport.

We had a really nice stay here. The first day I had left my wallet on a bus, and they were helpful with contacting the company and taking me to the bus. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice bathtub.

The room was on the second floor, which was right above the lobby, so we could hear conversations and some noise from there. Also, we had a window that opened into an air shaft, so we felt a little boxed in.

Stayed here twice. Great location right on the plaza. We had an early check in the second time which actually earned us an amazing upgrade! Nice breakfast buffet in the morning (French toast) nice change from the endless scrambled eggs. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Only hotel that we stayed in during our trip to Peru that did not provide bottled water. Room was run down and you could hear the people in the next room through the walls and vent. Even though I booked this location because of the cancellation policy, neither the hotel nor hotels.com would honor the policy regardless of me attempting to change prior to the cut off so we ended up having to pay for more nights than we wanted. Breakfast was just okay. Hotel conveniently located if you are booking tours of the lake and want to be walking distance to restaurants.

Excellent location in Puno!
Excellent location in Puno. Within walking distance of many interests of Puno. Check-in went well with some difficulty with the staff understanding English. The room we reserved was exactly what we asked for. A busy location but ideal as to closeness of different historical sites. Our balcony facing Plaza de Armas allowed us a ring-side view of a parade one evening which was very fun and interesting for us. The buffet breakfast was good!
