“Amazing”

This is a beautiful area of Canada and an absolutely beautiful hotel. Brand new, clean, full kitchen and great hottubs/pools. We were sorry to leave this place after a couple days. Would go back and recommend highly.

“Too short a stay...”

Great new hotel. Very clean and very comfortable rooms. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Hair dryer was missing from the bathroom. Nice toiletries. Midweek breakfast consisted of some pastries and self serve coffee which was empty. Apparently there is cooked breakfast on the weekend. Free parking. Great location a few hundred metres from the highway. Ten minute drive to downtown Invermere. Only stayed for 8 hours of sleep, but wished I could have stayed longer. The pool and sun deck looked amazing.

“Place to stay when in the area”

This hotel is new and very nice inside. I was there in the off season so it was very quiet and pretty empty. The decor is well done and the room was perfect. The pool was closed but the front desk gave us free passes to the hot springs which are a must see when in the area. Although I read the previous reviews before booking and the only negative seemed to be noise levels, I did not experience that this visit.

“Family/kid friendly resort”

We booked the Copper Point Resort for a long weekend for the extended family. The hotel has a pet-friendly floor, so my sister-in-law and husband were able to bring their dog. My husband's allergic to dogs, so we were a little concerned, because he's had allergic reactions staying in pet-friendly hotels before. But he didn't have any issues here - I think having the designated floor really helped. The staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful. We just booked a basic room, which is a little small. But friends we traveled with booked the larger rooms that attach, and they were very nice. Pool and hot-tub were nice. We golfed and the course was nice (good for beginners, which we were). Restaurant on-site wasn't too expensive, but my in-laws ate there one night and didn't love the food.

“Really great getaway”

The hotel room was lovely with a great view of the mountains, golfcourse and pool. The food at the hotel resturant was especially fantastic. We had one problem with a defect in our room but the hotel was speedy to try and fix the problem and when they were unable to they quickly moved us up to a grand suite (clearly an upgrade) from our Queen bed regular room. The second room was quite astounding and had a lovely balcony that could be accessed form either the living room or bedroom and was quite private. The sound proofing in the hotel was fantastic. We never heard a single neighbour or any noise outside our room at all.

“Lovely Resort”

Lovely resort, brand new, beautifully designed and the the interior of the resort and rooms are tastefully decorated. I appreciated how easy it was to find and its proximity to other ammenities. The cleaning service could have been better; we made our bed to save the linens being changed as we were only staying two nights, and only required a couple of towels be replaced; however the bathroom could have used some freshening up and we would have appreciated getting some clean drinking glasses. The pool and hot tubs are great and surrounding grounds are well groomed relaxing to look at. The pool change rooms have lockers but you have to have your own lock; how many of us travel with a padlock, it would have been nice to have them provided in the locker. It was nice to have a drink served to us at the pool but we found the prices outrageously high. Our room was on the fourth floor, unfortunately the guest above us were noisy, we had a lot of banging above us; we would have appreciated better sound proofing of the rooms. Also, we faced the road and not the golf course, the view of the mountains was lovely but the noise from the double gravel trucks that started coming down the road at about 4:30 am was just too much noise so early in the morning. We would stay at the resort again but would request a room on the top floor and facing the oposite end of the building.

“Stay in queen room”

We had an interconnecting door and the noise from the family in the next room next came through to our room so we could hear every word especially when the children were loud. We were in a queen room and There is also only one chair in the room. There are 2 chairs outside on the patio but it was a bit cold to sit outside. Indoor pool and hot tub was great.

“Great suite!”

We like the clean room with the large king size bed. The sofa bed is not very comfortable. The electric barbeque on the balcony is a really good feature. Room temperature is at 24°C and the Air conditioner is not cooling it down further. The suite also has washer and dryer. Pool and hot tub is clean.

“Luxury at a great price.”

Nice views, great resort. Restaruant needs some help, limited main selection.

“Nice decor, poor design”

This could have been such a nice hotel. I think it was meant to be a hotel, but they are trying to sell off the rooms. Ok. The good - really nice beds, decor, kitchen, washing machine etc. The bad: noisy air con, not enough linen for the fold-away bed. The staff also didnt even bother to ask if we'd had a nice stay. Thats a no-no. Also, the walls are thin and the connecting door to the next room may as well be open.... The lighting in the room wasn't bright enough for me, but hey. Shame. I tried hard to like this hotel, with its nice pools, underground parkade, nice bar and staff. I give it three out of five.
