Our experience was great minus the pillows! My fiancé and I were talking about getting married here. It's beautiful and close for all our friends and families.

Good food , easy access to golf facilities. It would be nice if there are tennis courts.

Dont get what you pay for

Posted Mar 17, 2015
Pros: Nothing, over priced with a cheap finish to make it look fancy but there is nothing fancy about it. Had better stays at a best westren
Cons: Doesnt matter cause they dont care i havent heard from anyone! Save your money
Location: Lots of things to do. Skiing, hot springs, sight seeing!
Hotel is under construction so if your looking for some relax time don't count on sleeping in. Air conditioner sounds like a jet engine right beside the bed so had to sleep with doors open. Cardboard for toilet paper you would think in fancy place they would have decent toilet paper. No extra towels 2 a day thats it. No room service. They didnt care about my stay cause it was booked through expedia so you dont really matter to them.

Some Disapointment

Posted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: Great views. Nicely equipped kitchens and spacious rooms.
Cons: Keep rooms in better repair and be more thorough in the room's cleanliness.
We have stayed at this resort 2 years ago and sent another couple there last year as a gift fro us as we felt highly about this place. However, this year we were disappointed as the some of the rooms have fallen in to some disrepair. There are scuffs to closet doors and walls and the wooden floors needed to be washed and vacuumed. Some of the wooden furniture showed signs of wear and tear. This is a busy resort after all and it must be difficult to maintain, We did call about our fireplace not lighting in the bedroom and if they did come to check on this, they left us no note and it was not fixed when we returned. The front desk staff were very pleasant and let us know that there were several hockey teams staying for tournaments. For the most part we tried to stay clear of them but if you wanted to swim in the indoor pool that would not have been possible with the number of children in there. Its a good family place but not a place to get some rest and relaxation unless you go during the school week.

We had to do 2 room changes while they were not busy at all that weekend. so don't know why we had to play musical rooms. ..walls are paper thin. ...Just really annoyed that they gave us a room that didn't even have a phone.

Nice rooms, poor first impressions

Posted Feb 5, 2015
Pros: Pool and hot tub facilities and room furnishings.
Cons: Cleaning the hallways and walls.
Thought I had made a terrible mistake as I walked down the hallway to my room. The carpets were very dirty and tattered and the doors were covered with marks, hand prints and the "copper" only made it look worse as it was tarnished. Once I entered my room though I was pleasantly surprised. Really nice furnishings throughout and very comfortable. Marble counters, slate floors, and even a tv in the bathroom mirror, which was new to me. Again the walls in the bathroom showed some hand prints though. The pools and hot tubs were excellent though and great views.

Big new Hotel, near Invermere

Posted Feb 2, 2015
Cons: Aircondition for heating is too loud!
Location: Not directly on main street, so very quite. We were for two days in Panorama (ca. 25 km) for Helicopter-skiiing and snowmobiling.
Very nice welcome at the reception. Deskman even spoke german. Modern styled. Delicious breakfast. Full equipped room. Nice whirlpools (inside and outside). PERFECT!

Away from it all...but not too far

Posted Jan 7, 2015
Cons: The bathroom could have used an "all over" (cabinets, walls etc.) clean, but the room was adequately tidy.
We stayed at this resort over the New Year holiday. I chose it as it was the only hotel that would not require a minimum of a 4 day stay (I had to work). The property was quiet although not far from the town of Invermere and the trip to the ski hill was short. The amenities at the resort were nice and everything was built well and very comfortable. We ate dinner at the resort restaurant for New Year's Eve and their five course menu was nothing short of delectable. The stay was very pleasant and memorable. Will definitely return.
